Absolutely 5 star experience, Robert Hammond came round to my house on Friday 10th February to measure up and take photos, was advised that the house would officially be put on the market on Monday 13th Feb, and that my agent would be Tyrone Bruce. Saturday 11th February I received a phone call from Tyrone asking if it would be ok to do some viewings that day, ended up being 3 viewings and not even officially on the market yet, of course this was fine. Monday 13th Feb got a phone call saying great news, you've had 2 offers, and one for full asking price, I was amazed, I thought it would be on for months, I joked saying we obviously put it on for too little, but knew we'd put it on for just the right amount. It had been my birthday on Saturday so also said what a lovely birthday present 😂. Contracts exchanged on 17th March and completion on 30th March, Tyrone advised this has been quickest sale he's had since doing this job 6.5wks, what a pleasure it's been. Thank you everyone at Town Property.

Tyrone & George at Town property have been really helpful the whole way through. At time it may of got sticky through no fault of their own, however we worked together and overcome the issues. My situation may have been one of the more complicated flat sales they have done due to new regs regarding EWS1 and change of freeholder, however many agents may have walked away at certain times. Thankfully Town were persistent and got us over the line. Highly recommend!!

Honestly the best rental experience I have had, from property viewing all the way to handing back the keys at the end of my tenancy the process was painless. Every issue I had was resolved in a timely manner and the customer service received was next level. I never once felt like I was being scammed and had my deposit returned in full at the end of my tenancy without having to fight for it (unheard of in my experience!). I only have positive things to say and would highly recommend Town Property to anyone.

When your colleague called me today and said she had already given the flat, I asked how she could do that (you call this rude?) After we signed the contract and scheduled the viewing for tomorrow, your so-called staff said, "She agreed to let with someone else, when, as a fact, we were the first people contacting regarding the property 100% because my enquiry was requested after 58 minutes you posted on right move." I hung up the phone when she pretended we weren't the first and gave it to someone who signed without seeing it. Being in a position of power and deceiving others is not considered rude( you angels). You will ultimately be the target of karma for all of your hypocrisy. Therefore, I won't waste time giving you more attention because it's clear from your one-star ratings that people share my opinion.
