GoogleWouldn’t even give 1* Had to wait 3 weeks to hear back from them to see if my application was successful even though I completed it the same day I was given it. They decide to get back to me via email at 5:29, a minute before they close to tell me that I hadn’t. Ridiculous! Not even a call. After telling them of my domestic situation I thought they’d be a bit more understanding. Completely shocked by this Terrible service.

This time due to so many people coming to measure the flooring I had no idea what was happening. Until getting a text from a contractor which in the end wasn???t needed. I have already contacted the office to voice my issues

They are always quick to respond when I contact them and efficient at resolving any problems. Where problems are the responsibility of other parties, Northwood will contact them and chase them up on my behalf until all is sorted. Staff are friendly and check in at reasonable intervals.
