GoogleNorthwood looked after our flat while it was rented and then helped us to sell it. They were always very helpful and dealt with any problems quickly and efficiently. The sale was a difficult one but Northwood got us through it and their liaison with IAMSOLD was very sucessful. Very many thanks to all at Northwood. I would highly recommend this agency.

At Northwood we always endeavour to offer the very best levels of service and as such we have a maintenance reporting facility via our website that is available to all tenants 24/7. In addition, the contact details for the property owner should also be clearly written in the tenancy agreement.
