GoogleSam Gil can you e-mail please. We are in the same position. For anyone else reading this, I will write a lengthy review soon. But in short: the checkout report for the property I was in was done BEFORE the tenancy ended which is not allowed. I will seek legal advice and escalate this further if nothing changes/they don’t reply to my emails.

GoogleMy housemates and I had a group tenancy, Eightfold allowed one housemate to make a deal with them over rent that he hadn't paid without the agency or him telling any other housemates, and then took it from our group deposit at the end... the deposit which took two months to return to us despite many un-answered emails and also visits to Eightfold to try and get answers. Professionalism at its worst.

GoogleRenting through Eightfold has been a positive experience, although we have had some issues with a property and upkeep, everything that has come up has been sorted out and handled. Communicating has always been easy as well, whether its via phone or email we've always had a response.

GoogleInitially the service we received was exceptional, and I stick to that. However, they have consistently failed to do anything productive, even when we are quoted timeframes, they do not stick to them. We were told we would receive our deposit in "up to 3 working days", 5 working days later nothing and no contact. I just want my money back so I never have to be in contact with this company again.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
