John and his team provided a great service throughout the house purchasing process. Any query no matter how small was dealt with in an efficient and timely manner making our move all that more easy. Marie deserves special mention and was a pleasure to work with.

We have just completed a very difficult purchase, through this agency, it took many months & lots of phone calls, some of them tearful! Throughout John, Marie & Jordon were always helpful & professional, but friendly too, John went out of his way to help & was more like a friend to us. I cannot praise them all highly enough & would recommend anyone looking to sell or buy to use their services.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We experienced a great service from Cubitt & West. Unfortunately the property we bought didn't end up being through them, however the punctuality and friendliness of the service provided for viewings etc was on point - A particular thanks to Jordan for this!PositiveResponsiveness

Our experience of Cubitt & West in Crowborough during the sale process of our home was excellent. They were quick to respond to queries, answering phone calls and emails, and giving advice and guidance throughout the process. In particular the Office Manager John Furber, Jordan, Jackie and Emma who looked after our account. I would recommend this office to anyone considering selling and buying a property.

My mother had trouble selling her house with previous agents but Cubitt & West have managed to sell it. It hasn’t been an easy sell but the manager John Furber has been outstanding with his help. I would happily recommend them.

I’ve not had much experience with estate agents therefore it’s difficult to choose one from the vast amount out there. Ciaran Street from Cubit & West has been exceptionally helpful and patient with me, making decisions on letting our property, who to target and how, market value and much more. Very professional and a pleasure to work with, always polite without being pushy. Thank you.

From our first meeting with John for a valuation until completion of the sale, nothing was too much trouble. Selling a house can always be a stressful time, especially when the market takes a downturn but the team at Crowborough, John, Jordan and Marie worked tirelessly to keep things moving. We were kept fully informed of everything that was happening at all times, both from the Crowborough branch and also from Emma our sales progressor . We couldn't have asked for a better service, a huge thank you to everyone at the Crowborough branch.

We bought our Bungallow in crowborough 6 months ago now through Cubitt and West and were very impressed with the professionalism and kindness we were met with at Cubitt and west. The team starting with Marie who showed us around and did the negotiations to Jackie showing us around on further viewings and Trish following up on the solicitors and purchase progress were all amazing. We were constantly updated with the progress. Also at the end when we got the keys to our new property we had a lovely card and a moving in present which was really thoughtful and a beautiful touch. Will most definitely use this agent agent. Thank you for all your help and support through the purchase process. N&SPositiveProfessionalism

A really excellent job by Cubitt & West helping us find our new home in Crowborough. Special thanks to Marie for the responsive and sensible advice, Jordan and Carol for showing us round properties and Emma helping to close the transaction in the months following our offer being accepted. We appreciate the friendly service and can-do attitude.

After being recommended by a family member who had recently sold through this branch, we contacted them to do a valuation. At first we believed that the estimate was unrealistically high but John who we dealt with seemed very confident. It didn't take long at all for viewings to start pouring in and we received multiple offers, including one at the asking price which we were very pleasantly surprised by. Long story short, everyone at the Crowborough branch were all extremely helpful and easy to talk to throughout. They answer their phones and emails quickly, help with whatever you can think of and genuinely make you feel like they care about you as a vendor instead of just the commission like a lot of other agents. Highly recommend to anyone considering selling their property.
