John and his team (including Jordan, Marie, Emma and Jacky) did a fantastic job selling my late father's property in a rapidly changing market. With more than one buyer pulling out unexpectedly during the process, they put in a huge effort to keep interest going. Progress updates were regular and they responded quickly to all my queries. And when the roof sprang a leak (!) after the sale was finally agreed, they even found contractors at very short notice to quote for the repairs.

We didn’t use Cubitt and west as our main estate agents but we brought our house through them. I dealt with a man called Jon mostly and he was amazing from start to finish. Any question I had was answered quickly and any problems were rectified that day. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Before we brought the property Marie was contacting me regularly with anything they had coming up on the market and it was thanks to her that we have found our dream home. Yesterday I picked the keys up from Jordan who I hadn’t dealt with too much but he was so friendly and polite. I think they are a great team and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future who asks me they want a estate agent. Thanks again Scott Taylor

Sadly we did not finally buy a house through Cubitt & West but John, Marie and Jordan were exceptionally helpful in trying to find a suitable home. They did find a lovely house for us but before the sale went through the sellers took it off the market.

Although , for family reasons, we withdrew the property from sale at an early stage - we were very impressed by John and his team with the enthusiasm and speed they put in towards the sale. The firm has an impressive system in place for contacting interested buyers and the professional photography is second to none.PositiveProfessionalism

My wife and I viewed a property in Rotherfield with Charlotte. Whilst the property did not turn out to be the one for my wife and me, Charlotte was brilliant. Her love of the village was infectious and her knowledge was invaluable - if I were selling in Rotherfield Charlotte would be the agent I wanted to be showing prospective purchasers around.

Cubitt & West are an excellent estate agent. John and Charlotte were fantastic to work with on purchasing our new house. It was a very difficult and stressful move, however John navigated us through the maze of issues that occurred and we now have our lovely house in Crowborough. I highly recommend John & his team for their experience & outstanding level of professionalism.

We had a very positive experience selling a flat through the Crowborough office. This could have been a stressful time, since we did not live in the area. However, we were kept well informed throughout the process and John, Jordan and all the team in the office worked hard to secure a sale and to ensure that the process was straightforward. Any time I contacted the office, regardless of who I spoke to, our query was dealt with efficiently and we received a quick response.

We bought our first home last year and John and the team were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. We honestly couldn’t have received a better service. Emails were answered promptly and John was always happy to answer any questions. We look forward to dealing with Cubitt & West again in the future.

John and the team at the Crowborough office were extremely professional and helpful from first viewing through to the completion of my purchase. The gift box received along with the keys was also a very nice touch! I would highly recommend Cubitt & West in Crowborough when looking to buy or sell a property.

Highly recommended John & Jordan and their lovely sales progressor Emma. It got very stressful with the solicitors but John stepped up and went above and beyond to sort out issues and Emma kept me informed the whole way through. When I sell in the future I’ll be using them again. What a lovely and caring team. If you are buying or selling with these guys they are so professional and on the ball. It’s made me like Estate agents again! Thanks team!

John and his team worked really hard from the moment we decided to sell my parents house. It wasn’t just John’s honest and open sales pitch that made our minds up, it was the portfolio we were shown and the top quality images on the website, as well as the dolls house technology that made us use Cubitt & West. All the communication from Jordan was excellent, prompt and informative. Jacky went above and beyond as well. Highly recommended.
