Many thanks to Cubit and West in our quest to find a new property. Particular thanks to Marie who went above and beyond in the search for the right property for us. Keeping us informed on property as soon as it went on the market.

Lovely experience with the team in crowborough. John, Sophie and Marie were lovely. Very helpful from start to finish and the sale of the house was prompted by an off the cuff phone call from sophie, when it came back on the market. Very happy in our new home. Thankyou.

Had a great experience buying a house with Cubitt & West in Crowborough. The whole team were amazing, really helpful throughout and especially when it got a bit hairy with the seller at one point. Big shout out to the whole team for making the process as smooth as possible, and in particular John, Marie, Jacky, Caroline and Jordan. Thanks guys

Our first encounter of dealing with C & W was arranging a viewing of a property. We dealt with Jordon in arranging & then viewing a property. He is an excellent ambassador for your company. His telephone manner is relax yet knowledgeable, his appearance - impeccable however his professionalism in dealing with us was outstanding. We never felt rushed while viewing, able to answer all our questions we posed & was not dismissive once we said the property was not for us - like some other agents we have dealt with. He then whenever a property came on the market the fitted our criteria text to advise us, always leaving a number. In my opinion Jordon is a real asset to your company, friendly but not over familiar, relaxed in his approach but professional at all times, knowledgeable about his produced & does what he says he will do e g advising his customers when new property came on the market. So many other agents could learn a lot from this young man. It was a pleasure to have encountered not only your company but a very professional, capable young man.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I really can’t recommend these guys enough. I put my house on with them after another estate agent told me my house was ‘unsellable’ due to Japanese knotweed that had appeared under the fence from a neighbouring property. John saw this a personal challenge and became a knotweed expert overnight. He assured me that he would sell the house. It took a year in the end, although we had loads of viewings and 6 or 7 offers we were very unlucky with our buyers (all sorts of reasons why the sale didn’t go through). As it was quite a drawn out process I had more than the normal amount of dealings with the team and I have to say that they all made the process bearable. They were not only super friendly, efficient and communicative but also had a sense of humour! Hands down the best estate agent experience I’ve had. Will defo use again… should we ever lose our minds and try and move again! Thanks so much John, Marie, Charlotte and Jordan.

I’ve been meaning to post this review for a while now, but our experience with Cubitt & West was everything you could’ve hoped for when moving house. Despite the process being inevitably stressful, the team were extremely supportive, considerate, patient & generally on-the-ball with everything (and always at hand if you needed them). John & Charlotte particularly (but this goes for the whole team who dealt with our case): thank you so much for being so kind and lovely. You made it as easy as possible for us, so thank you!

Thank you to John Furber and the whole Crowborough team who have been a pleasure to deal with. John went out of his way from the outset to be of assistance and the whole team were professional and thorough, throughout. They could not have been more helpful and always kept us fully in the loop. This was also true of Garry Wheeler (the sales progessor) who was most diligent and made sure things were constantly chased up, to achieve a quick sale. The whole selling process took around 14 weeks which is most commendable in today's climate. Thank you, all, for making the process as stress free as possible. A 5 star rating is well deserved.

If I'm completely honest, previously I've not been the biggest fan of Cubitt and West as I always thought they were too 'pushy' as an estate agent. But since dealing with John in the Crowborough branch, my opinion has totally changed! He could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. He knew the market brilliantly, found us the perfect house and sorted everything from start to finish. He was always available, took time out of his evenings to show us properties, and generally was all we could have hoped for in an agent. I'm a critical person with very high standards and even I was impressed!! Thank you John. You're the best!

John Furber and his team of Marie, Jordan and Jackie provided exemplary service through our sale, from initial sales interview with John, through to the management of viewings and the final closing processes. We are particularly grateful for John's intervention late in the process which helped us avoid not making our completion deadline.

Thoroughly recommend the Crowborough branch of Cubitt and West. Our personal experience of their Agency has been nothing less than 5 star, from the first call to the branch to the valuation process all the way through to the sale. John and his colleagues have been friendly, professional, accommodating and transparent. A real pleasure to do business with, and a total contrast and polar opposite of another multiple chain agency in the town.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

A brilliant branch team, very friendly and helpful who worked very hard for us. Marie is an excellent sales negotiator and I don't believe we would have had such success without her efforts. John gave lots of good advice and was always keen to accommodate anything we asked for quickly and with no fuss. We found them to be more professional and personable to deal with than the many other estate agents in Crowborough.
