Had a wonderful experience speaking to Charlotte who helped in setting us up for our property search. She was very attentive and a pleasure to speak to. The communication from the team is excellent, and we had a lovely no-rush viewing and felt very welcomed and taken seriously. We have received many suitable recommendations since, and have found the team to be constantly friendly and considerate. Definately the most positive experience with an estate agency we've had so far! Would definitely recommend.

Wow! Marie ( THE GREAT ONE) John and Jackie you made selling our house a breeze , personally fun and professionally they make a great team. Thank you guys! They explained everything in away that was easy to understand and helped me in every step of the way through selling process. This was made easier to move out of our home and to move on. Easy quick transaction within 3 months, perfect. honestly I would highly recommend this company , simply the best real estate company I have ever dealt with .Very professional, experienced and helpful in every way and excellent communication, we would definitely use this company again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

After trying other local Estate Agents who seemed to lose interest after a month or so, we felt no-one loved our beautiful quirky lodge house :( But John Furber and his enthusiastic Team brought freshness, professionalism and dedication to the job. Nothing is too much trouble for them and and the fantastic virtual tour was priceless in the middle of COVID. They found us two buyers in weeks and we cannot recommend them highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We found John at Cubitt and West, Crowborough branch to be very friendly, helpful and professional. We found John, along with Jordan and Charlotte to be good at giving us prompt feedback on our viewings as they received them. Unlike other estate agents, we could always speak to someone, quite often, John, the manager, even at the end of the day, which made us feel like he went the extra mile, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend them as an estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you to Cubitt and West Crowborough branch.

John and the whole team were patient and professional throughout the quite drawn out process of selling our father’s property while waiting for the Grant of Probate. No hesitation in recommending them.

When John came to value our house he asked us what we expected from an Estate Agent. We said honesty and the ability to sell our house. He was honest and our house sold in just over a week, which was amazing. Since then, Marie and John have ben great with responding to requests and keeping us updated, along with Trish. Thanks to the team for a great service. Their recommended conveyancer is brilliant.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Have to say the Guys at Cubitt and west Crowborough have gone above and beyond helping us with the sell of our house. Estate agents get a bad name but these guys mean business and nothing is too much trouble! Really feel it's not just about the sell and they also really care. Extremely professional and get the job done and a big shout out for John and Maria who go that extra mile. 😊

Fantastic people to deal with. Marie. John and Trish have been absolutely brilliant. Our sale has been really complicated due to bereavement and the subsequent probate delays, and all during a pandemic too. They’ve communicated brilliantly with both me and the buyers, and have kept an eye on the property while it was empty too. Extremely grateful to them for making this sale one less thing to stress about during a difficult time. Highly recommend.

I can highly recommend the team at Cubitt and West Crowborough. John Furber did a fantastic job in helping us secure our dream property. He kept in contact with us every step of the way, ensuring regular phone calls with important updates. We definitely have him to thank for getting this purchase over the line! Veronica and Charlotte in the office were also very helpful and responsive. Thank you team! We can't wait to move in!

Absolutely thrilled with the service received from this branch, John has dealt with our house and after not being happy with another estate agents valuation and help he took us on and got above the previous asking price, it pays to shop around and I'm so glad we chose Cubit to sell our house, it when online on Thursday and we accepted an offer by Sunday, couldn't fault them :)

I brought a flat through Cubbit and west, Uckfield with Charlotte helping from the Crowborough branch. It was the first time she was in Uckfield and was extremely helpful. Was honest with the information that was known and anything that she was unsure of she found out and came back to me the same day. I'll be using Cubbit and West again! As I competitor and fellow estate agent it pains me to write this review but John, Marie, Jordan and the rest of the team at cubitt & west have been brilliant. From initial viewing to exchange they we're fantastic. Emma the sales progressor is an angel who held together a very volatile chain, no thanks to an agent within said chain that made matters worse. Thank you all for everything and we look forward to making the house our home. We got there in the end!

Very satisfied with the service Cubitt and West provided. Friendly efficient staff who went the extra mile to accommodate viewing times that suited me. The marketing was superb and I was especially impressed with the on line viewing video which showed off my property to its best. They found me the most perfect new home so I couldn’t be happier. Thank you very much.
