My situation was complex and they all showed empathy, understanding and support. They guided me through the processes of selling my home and purchasing a new property offering good sensible advice. They were honest and upfront, fair to all parties involved. I felt safe. The atmosphere in the office is one of optimism and cheerfulness. I felt I could phone or pop in anytime and they were always helpful........... No, I 'm not related to any of them! Sometimes Estate Agents get "bad press" but I can't praise Joe, Maddy and Julie highly enough. It was refreshing.
