I have raised your point with the general manager regarding being more proactive in keeping in touch and he has investigated this and spoken to Emily in sales progression who said from memory she was speaking to you weekly and closer to the end was speaking to you every few days. She did mention Right at the end she didn't speak with you for a week or two as nothing could be done until the divorce money came in but all parties were aware of this. Having checked our system we have not had any dealing with a Mary Smith and as this would appear to be a new account we believe this to be a fake review that has been reported to Google.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
