Opened in early September, our Marsh & Parsons East Sheen office enjoys a prime location on East Sheen High Street, perfectly positioned to sell and let property in East Sheen, North Sheen and Sheen Wood, as well as working closely with our Barnes and Richmond offices to cover property sales and rentals in Mortlake and Kew. GoogleWe recently rented a property with Chris from Marsh and Parsons and had a fantastic experience. We had a short time period to find somewhere and Chris made sure he showed us every option that suited us. He went out of his way to help us, resulting in finding a fantastic property which we are now very happy in. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to rent - he is so lovely and made the whole experience much easier.

GoogleChristopher Lilly was my negotiator when I was looking for a new place to rent. He has a good line in chat and humour and I had made my mind up by the third property he had shown me. The negotiations went rather smoothly and as I was looking for a swift move, Chris went out of his way to make sure all parties were happy with all details of the tenants agreement and signed off as soon as was possible and with the minimum of fuss. Recommended as an individual negotiator and recommended as a company.

GoogleBuying your first house can be a daunting prospect and most of the estate agents I visited have certainly not been very helpful. Not so with the great team of M&P in East Sheen. Paul and David have been welcoming and supportive from the get go. Paul Trafford was allocated to my purchase and you couldn't wish for a more helpful and accommodating estate agent. Whenever I had a query or wanted to visit the house, yet again, Paul was always there and made this whole process an absolute breeze. Everyone I know is amazed by the speed and efficiency with which I managed to get my new house. My heartfelt thanks to Paul, David (who covered during Paul's holiday) and the whole team there who were always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

GoogleI recently went through the process of finding a home to rent for a long let. Working with Rupert Viney was a great experience. He worked hard for Marsh and Parsons clients and showed me six homes over the course of an afternoon. Very pleasant man with great motuvation. He will find a home for you in most likelihood or let a home for you. He kept in constant contact and helped make an otherwise stressful situation bearable.
