GoogleRosy was so helpful when I let my property. She talked me through the process and answered all my questions as I had never let a property before. She was very patient! I have since sold my property through kings and my only complaint would be that initially there wasn't much communication between the lettings team and the sales team and I had to be a go between. This issue was soon resolved however and have had a positive experience.

As a first time tenant it is a relief to know that when and if there is an issue i can just pick up the phone. I know many associates that are renting private or with another agency and hear quite a few complaints on how neglected they feel.
