We were delighted to have Cailean Burns at the Cubitt & West East Grinstead office working with us to sell our property in Forest Row. He combined his knowledge of the housing market with the right amount of enthusiasm, enabling him to present our house professionally to prospective buyers when they viewed the property. His reporting back to us kept us fully aware and up-to-date during the whole process. We were lucky to have him on our side and would recommend him to anyone.Barbara and Richard

TrustpilotExcellent service and friendly helpful staff
I currently have my house on the market eith the Cranleigh branch of Cubitt and West, and would like to recommend them to anyone who is considering selling. From my first contact with Ross the manager who was informative, helpful and friendly, through to Kate, who has been absolutely brilliant in showing people round, keeping me well informed as to what is happening with the process, telling me about any feed back from the viewings and above all keeping me up to date with everything. They are both a credit to the company and with people like Kate 'on the Job' I feel confident that we will sell very soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Cranleigh branck and Kate in particular. Well done all at Cranleigh.

GoogleWe've had such a stress free experience using Cubitt & West for purchasing our first home, they have been the only Estate Agent I spoke to who have been very helpful, patient and just really lovely! When we went to view our home, the lovely Katrina showed us around, she was very helpful and spoke us through all the key elements of the property. We have also had a fantastic experience with Cailean Burns who has assisted us from my first phone call to the agents up until us now in the process of purchasing the property. He has made sure he has helped every step of the way by explaining everything in as much detail as possible which has been really comforting as being first time buyers is very daunting. He has also made this process extremally stress free for us both just by being super responsive on emails and phone! Thank you so much to everyone at Cubitt & West who has helped us, we would happily recommend you to anyone!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

May I wish you all the best in your first home and your recommendation is very much appreciated. Kind regards Becky Jennings Operations Director, Cubitt & West
