GoogleJenna and the Martyn Gerrard East Finchley team were great in selling our property. Initial hesitation from using the biggest in the area (i.e. being neglected as too many accounts) was unfounded. Great advice, easily contactable, open communication and able to make what we want happen. Would even go beyond to get advice on forward purchase which wasn't necessary from their side but helped.

GoogleAbsolutely atrocious letting agents. Consistently tried to blame things breaking on us, whilst our landlord was great when they didn't involve the letting agents. Worst part was getting our deposit back. Agency tried to claim ridiculous deductions from our bond. We eventually raised a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, only for the letting agents to unnecessarily prolong the proceedings. Eventually, 3 months after moving out, we got all our deposit money after the Tenancy Deposit Scheme sided with us after seeing the ridiculous claim from the agents. If you go with these letting agents, prepare to fight for your deposit back.

GoogleApplied to rent a 2 bed flat and the landlord absolutely loved to have me as a tenant, paid the holding deposit for around £350. Unfortunately the referencing company couldn't pass me after I jumped through several hoops to make it happen and Martin Gerrard just stole my money! I didn't back out of the deal last minute I wanted to move in so why take my deposit? I wrote long emails explaining my situation which they totally ignored. Absolutely disgusting people!! STEER CLEAR!!
