GoogleFirstly had a delay in posting this review due to technical issues 🙈. But what can i say, Tony has been very very helpful from start to finish! Has a very good Spirit, good communication, Hess such a great laugh and goes up and beyond to help!!..From 1st viewing the property back in may up to this very day. I highly recommend this estate agents!!.. Ive used previous estate agents in the past and their customer service skills was not there AT ALL. But I'm more than lucky to be with Mantle estates!!

GoogleTony and his team made the sale of our home so easy, from the start to when they ensured we had the right people coming to view the house to the end where they helped us complete on a day that suited us. They kept in regular contact, kept us in the loop with all parties, liaised with solicitors and didn't put any unwanted stress on us. I would recommend Mantlestates over and over, they are a great estate agents!

Google'Above and beyond' is the phrase that comes to mind when I think of the tremendous amount of leg work Barry and Tony put into the sale of my property. I was regularly kept informed of all developments and when there were complications, both Barry and Tony went out of their way to find solutions. GoogleFANTASTIC SERVICE ALL ROUND ! - I have recently sold my house with Mantlestates based in East Barnet Village. Tony and Barry were professional and diligent throughout the sale. They went above and beyond my expectations even though the sale was sometimes difficult and problematic. Tony stayed positive and kept the coffee coming and our spirits up! He was always on top of any issues and gave each one 100% attention and believe me it was a difficult sale. If you need your property sold then I strongly recommend you call Tony today!

He worked really hard on my recent purchase and was an amazing conduit between us and the vendor and he genuinely had a real interest in both parties needs and requirement being constantly met. Right from the outset Tony was professional and had great communication keeping me updated through out which was important to me. Above all he was honest and not just telling me what I wanted to hear and because of this the service was exemplary. I thoroughly recommend Tony and actually had I had listened to his advice to begin with the legal work would have gone much smoother. Highly recommended and once again thank you Mantle Estates and in particular Tony.

GoogleMoving house is not easy and can be stressful. It is even harder when you have lived in the property for nearly 36 years. We initially contacted Mantlestates to find out what the property was worth. Barry, the agent who came round felt our house was very desirable and suggested a value slightly higher than we had considered. We discussed the issues and before we knew it he was arranging a viewing for a number of clients. There was no pressure to do this. The day of the viewings arrived and it got rather hectic with a dozen interested client turning up. Next morning, Barry confirmed the good news that he had had a number of offers, including two for the full asking price. During the stage of surveyors, solicitors and local government, Barry and the rest of the team at Mantlestates were extremely helpful; keeping us informed of progress and always at the end of the phone should we need help. Just before we were ready to exchange contract we discovered a solicitor down the chain was being difficult. Barry, contacted all the relevant parties and ensured the barrier was sorted out. I can confidently state that if it had not been for Barry's intervention we could waited a couple more weeks. The team at Mantlestates are very experienced and understand their client's requirements, and concerns. I know there are agencies offering cut-price deals for selling your home, but I was happy to pay the fee because I received a bespoke service.
