GoogleAvoid this company at all costs, they are full of lies. I lost more than 20k because of mantlestates agents misleading games, tenants never paid the rent and mantlestates never covered or did anything about it. We have no records of you being one of the landlords we represent. If you were a client of ours, you would know that all of our prospective tenants come fully reference checked from a reputable reference company so only suitable tenants are placed in our landlords' properties. This is supplemented by a rent recovery scheme so if for any reason the tenant does not pay rent, the landlord is fully covered, therefore our landlords never lose money as you have alleged. We pride ourselves on providing a full and honest service to our landlords. This is a false and slanderous review.

GoogleMe and my wife were shown a very special property with a tract of land by Kerry Martin few weeks ago. She is very professional and seemed like she know everything about the property and the land matters. She was patient and allowed us a lot of time to get to know the various aspects of the property. We appreciate her professionalism and her experience.

GoogleMantlestates have been excellent . It has been really difficult selling my flat but Barry and Tony did not give up . I was on with another agent and the first hurdle they gave up but mantlestates never gave up and finally after a year it has sold. Every time they said they would do something they did and always kept me in the loop and were very honest . I found them a pleasure to work with. Best agent in Barnet .

I’ve seen all the glossy shop fronts and all the statements of the big chains and I've seen what they can’t do - they cant do what Mantle Estates do. Mantle Estates have a great team who actually listen to you - yes that’s right they listen and that’s why they do a great job. They have a great ethic and are extremely knowledgable which only adds to an already fantastic service. This was my fist time moving house - aged 48 - and I found it a bit nerve wrecking but these guys were with me all the way. If I were you i’d definitely give Mantle Estates the opportunity to sell your property and forget the big and glossy shops - you’ll find a huge difference and very pleasant difference.

GoogleMantlestates is a friendly family run estate agent and probably the most supportive and caring estate agent I have ever dealt with. All the staff are brilliant, always there for you and always so understanding of the process with unbiased opinions and recommendations on the infrastructure of house buying and selling. They understand completely the needs of their client, their people skills are second to none, returning your calls and addressing any concerns you may have without delay, whilst providing regular updates on your situation. I really cannot recommend them more highly and would recommend anyone buying or selling a property to use their services, you certainly won't regret your choice of agent.

GoogleI hired Mantlestates to sell my house, throughout the process they were courteous, professional, and showed a high level of knowledge with their advice. They provided a detailed breakdown of valuation, showed very good knowledge of the area and marketplace and sold the property within one month at full asking price. I was provided with three bidders, their various details and it was left to me to decide which bid I accepted. They then liased with my solicitor, the buyers and their solicitor to ensure a favourable outcome on the sale of my property. In summary if you are buying or selling your property do not hesitate to contact them.

GoogleI bought my house from this agent and from start to finish they were nothing but respectable and polite. They made me feel at ease and kept me informed of each development in the sale of the property and reassured me, giving me honest advice in what can be a very stressful time! After being so pleased with this agent, I also asked the director Tony to let my previous property, and he found respectable private tenants for a very good rate I would definately reccomend this agent and if I was to sell my property, they'd be the ones I'd use. GoogleI found them initially agreeable saying the right things and agreeing with all the terms I wanted. However, it turned out they only worked for themselves without any regard for the customer or the client. Lied to us both just to get their fees. They put me through a great deal of trouble. I only wish I went along with more expensive but ethical estate agents in the area instead of being enticed by their "good deal", which in the end cost me considerably more.
