The whole process was stressful due to the completion during the process but Tony was extremely helpful liaising with the seller by chasing up them regularly. Tony and the team were always there to answer our questions and kept us up to date with the progress. We would highly recommend Mantlestate. GoogleBuying my first flat that was being sold by Mantlestates took longer than I expected (but through no fault of the Agent themselves, just particular circumstances for the specific property) but Kerry was there to help throughout the whole process from the first viewing. Super friendly and helpful especially as a FTB. Helped arranged extra viewings and was always keeping me updated with the current status off what was going on which was very reassuring! Very approachable and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

GoogleIt is so refreshing to find a property agent of any kind, whether they be a sales agent or a lettings agent, that goes over and above one's expectations, but Mantlestates have done so on more than one occasion. Friendly, helpful and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude, is why I have to give them 5 Stars. GoogleWe had an excellent experience working with Kerry, she was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She was on top of everything from day one, constantly chasing things up and making sure no detail was missed. Thanks to her determination and efficiency, she managed to obtain all the missing documents and untangle a very complicated situation. The deal truly wouldn’t have gone through without her hard work and persistence. On top of that, she’s genuinely lovely, always responsive, helpful, and ready with the answers we needed. GoogleWe sold our home during July 2020 during the uncertain timing of Brexit, linked with the difficulties brought on by the coronavirus pandemic. Once we switched to Mantle Estates from a larger chain of estate agents, we felt that we could not have wanted for a more suitable team to market and sell our property.
