Claire provided us with an excellent service, she was available to answer our queries and if she could not answer she went and found out and then got back to us. I do not think our sale would have happened if it was not for Claire. Thank you.

😁 Yes

I decided to sell my house with Donald Ross Residential because I liked their attitude and reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Excellent service. So if you want good customer service that puts you and your property as their absolute main focus you've found your Estate agent.

July review

On the whole the selling process delivered a good outcome and the full team in general done a good job. I would have however liked more guidance on the process as I was very new to the selling experience.

Very professional

Very professional, and fast responses to emails. We needed to sell quickly, less than a week of meeting Fraser our home was on the market. Amazingly they then got our property sold less than 24 hours later. All staff very helpful and would highly recommend.

Great selling experience

Great selling experience from the outset, I was really apprehensive about selling after a stressful experience some years ago but this time it couldn’t have been simpler, and my flat had an offer within the week, delighted. I would completely recommend Donald Ross.

Worst letting agent imaginable.

Worst company possible. Very nasty people, a false facade up front but when they have you, its game over.

Positive Experience

Donald Ross kept us well informed as we searched for a property in South Ayrshire. Staff were very helpful in viewings and at the purchase process. Seem to always have a number of properties on the go and we can understand why.
