Whilst the buyer’s premium is a little exceptional, I found my experience as a buyer with PSG to be great. I want to give special appreciation to Tracy Mifsud, who was available and supportive throughout with chasing all parties. Tracy always replied quickly to emails and was available on the phone. Would give a Minus If i could!!Reduced the value of my property sale from 390 to below 330 to get leads!!when asked to remove this sale and all listings (which they confirmed) its can still be found by other companies!!A poor marketing tactic of theirs knocked the value of my house by almost £80k! Im now not getting offers over 300 because buyers can see their last listing at 330.I have emailed them many times but they still can't fix this!!My house was worth 360 5 years ago by the bank!!I delt with Harriet!I WOULD AVOID
