As a first time buyer, and having been previously let down by another Estate Agents, I was very apprehensive about buying. However, once I met Thomas, this anxiety completely disappeared. He was extremely helpful, understanding, professional, knowledgeable on the local area, a great communicator and gave me great advice. Nothing was ever too big or small for Thomas and he always got back to me with the questions I had asked and explained everything in layman's terms - with a lot of patience for my questions too! At each stage, I really felt like he was with me with the excitement too. He has made my first time buying experience a brilliant one and I cannot thank him enough - I am forever grateful!

She has made us feel very confident in the continuing tenancy we have with Winkworth.

GoogleI got lots of advice when refurbishing my house to get a good tenant. Fiona and her team were all V helpful and then achieved a quick let. What more can you ask for? I felt looked after and in safe hands.

Winkworth Bow - avoid at all costs. Please look at the Google reviews before you work with this branch. Why the management of Winkworth don't see an issue with this is beyond me. We are currently in the process of raising with the Property Ombudsman and would avoid at all costs.

I had a seemingly not so easy property to sell and matters made considerably worse by the Covid Pandemic. Other agencies hadn't managed to get the sale pre pandemic so I went to Winkworth.From the outset I felt I was in good hands. Super professional and always available to discuss ideas or ease any anxiety through a hugely difficult time. Gurdeep, Andrew & Raf recognised the quality of the property and know their client base so well that they managed to generate a considerable amount of interest and ultimately ended up selling the property for over the asking price. Important to note that this always felt like a team working together to find the best option for me and I have no doubt that it would have been the same for the other side.I'm not based in the UK but knowing I had the this team managing the whole process was amazing. I am hugely grateful to the Winkworth Team and will certainly be working with them again.

Shilpa & Kevin are a great asset to Winkworth. I am sure my purchase, which was linked to a sale elsewhere, would not have been possible without them. They liaised with solicitors on both sides of the sale and were able to get it over the line with little fuss.

This company refused to rent me an apartment on the last day before I was supposed to move in.EVEN THOUGH I HAD PASSED THE TENANT REFERENCING THROUGH THE INDEPENDENT - BLINC UKI had to rearrange everything as I had nowhere else to stay.Try to avoid these guys.

Never ever rent a property from this agency. The estate agent is there for you only until you sign the contract and pay the money. The agent hid from us so many problematic issues in the property and our issues started from the day we moved in. And of course, the agent doesn't want to hear from you, as they have management company. We had an emergency a week ago and called an engineer as recommended by the agency. Same problem has happened today, out of the working hours of the agency and we called the same engineer, who would have come immediately if the agency had paid him for the job done a week ago... We had to wait for pretty some time for the agency to open and another 5 hours to take care of our problem. The absence of heating and hot water as per the property manager is NOT an emergency, so we stayed in cold for nearly 15 hours. Such a disgrace for Winkworth.

I used Winkworth to find a tenant for my property and manage it. It has been a horrendous experience and I would recommend choosing pretty much any other agency. I needed to do some work for an electricity certificate and they brought a supplier which quoted me 3 times what it should cost so had to find a supplier myself. Then, due to a "human error" they sent their supplier in without telling me and did the work. My supplier came in and called me that they already did the work and I had to pay him for his time (which to be fair they did reimburse me). However, they then charged me the full amount of their supplier who did unapproved work in my property. Needless to say I terminated the contract with them immediately. They also extremely rude and unresponsive, would highly recommend to stay away.

GoogleWe’d been trying to sell our period three-bed semi for a year, using two different local agents and an online agent. However, we had only low offers or acceptable offers that then fell through. Frustrated, we took our property off the market for several weeks and then appointed Winkworth, Ealing. Unlike other agents we’d used and met, who were high-pressure and bullishly over-confident about the speed at which they could find us a buyer and the price they could get, Narendra brought a more considered and thoughtful approach to the sale which we liked. We felt he spoke honestly, straightforwardly and from considerable experience. Zack, who conducted the viewings, was an excellent communicator who gave us timely, detailed feedback on what viewers thought. He steered us through negotiations with two potential buyers and, once we’d accepted an offer, made sure the legal side of things kept moving. Within three months of placing our property with Winkworth we’d exchanged contracts. Having experienced other agents, we’d definitely recommend Winkworth as we just found the level of advice and service they offered was better. Recent tenancy renewal with Winkworth.An utter shambles. Multiple contracts issued, all incorrect. Incapable of working out the financials correctly. Defensive when challenged with reasonable questions.We have luckily a great landlord that helped us sort it out. It’s criminal the amount of money Winkworth charge and still so many problems. Avoid at all costs.
