I was really new to the process of renting and felt very overwhelmed at the beginning however, Noura talked me through everything, was very patient and made me feel at ease. GoogleAwfull! Completely unprofessional. Even trying to escape with false arguments like I've tried to call you this morning, maybe you téléphone is not working!! Courtesy training should be the minimum for the whole staff. The lady I talked to didn't even apologise.
