I am writing to commend Tom Ellis at Dexters in Ealing for his handling of the sale of my flat. From start to finish, he acted with absolute professionalism, keeping me informed daily of the evolution of the transaction, being accessible at all times, whether at the office or by email and phone, helping with visits to the flat to provide certain details that I requested while I was out of the country, and liaising continuously with the buyer and their legal team to monitor progress up to the day of completion. His friendly yet professional client approach and manner complement his outstanding overall performance, and show clearly that Tom is an asset to the company, deserving to be amply rewarded for it.

We are renting a lovely 2 bedroom luxury apartment through Dexters in Park Hill. Alex Lund and his team have been absolutely fabulous. Dexters started to market our property within a day of us appointing them and then the whole team were patient as our onward property purchase got delayed. They kept being in communication and arranged multiple viewing negotiating with potential tenants in spite of a degree of uncertainty around the start date. During this process, we got three offers at our asking price and several other interests out of around 12 viewings conducted. We were very particular about the tenant profile that we wanted and Dexters did their best to get only those tenants who would fit the profile and the uncertainty around the start date. Final conclusion is that we now have a lovely family of four living in our cosy apartment and we are very happy with the tenants coupled with the fact that we got asking price. An additional feature is that Alex and team made sure that the tenants are also happy by suggesting changes/upgrades to our already high spec property thereby making the tenants extremely happy. Very good service and communication all around. Would highly recommend letting via Dexters as a landlord.

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Joseph Kwaw to arrange a new tenancy. Top service from him, and helped with all ours needs from viewing through to getting the keys. Pretty sure he’ll be round for a pint once I’ve moved in! Dexters office in general were great helping if Joe was in another call when I phoned, so I can’t recommend them highly enough. Glad to have found a place through these folk. Definitely were the good guys in all the letting agencies that I phoned. Cheers Joe and co. 👌🏻

From the start, Angel was very attentive in listening to what was important to me in a property, and suggested some lovely properties that were matched to my priorities. She was proactive, helpful, friendly, and communicated thoroughly. I was looking for a 1 bed to let and it was incredibly competitive! Although I didn't end up letting through Dexters I wanted to thank Angel, who supported us through this stressful market. As first-time buyers previously missing out on properties to cash buyers, we had gone through the motions of dozens of viewings and offers. After falling for the flat right away, Elle was so quick to present and submit our offer form that it helped show the sellers how keen we were. Ultimately their liaison on our behalf helped ensure the sellers we were the right match for their property. Without her it wouldn’t have happened and we are so grateful. Worst experience with the agency

Worst experience with the agency, I decided to move out the apartment earlier because living conditions were unbearable. As such early tenancy move outs require a penalty, I was told by an agent a sum and that it is a fixed amount regardless if they will find a new tenant or I will, the total sum stays the same.Come to find out 2 months later that this in fact was not true and I could’ve saved almost 2K if I found a tenant myself. Agent was denying ever saying those terms to me to the point it was easier to pay the sum than start the negotiations with big agency. Would not recommend to use them or be very careful with every communication and have it crystal clear via emails.

They just don't care

Everything was fine and then we moved in. Loads of issues loads of non working or non closing doors. The fridge that was supposed to be replaced has never been replaced. All the emails have been ignored and no maintenance work has been done. Leaking roof makes living in 1 room impossible but the emails are being ignored. Calling them you only get a question how bad is it??? What do you mean how bad is it??? So for over a year there has not been any help from them. But they expect you to jump as soon as they need something. I hope its only this branch that is so incompetent and others are better.....
