Angel Bedel, lettings consultant, contacted me after I registered my details with Dexters in Ealing. From the start, Angel was very attentive in listening to what was important to me in a property, and suggested some lovely properties that were matched to my priorities. She was proactive, helpful, friendly, and communicated thoroughly. With her direction, I visited three properties that were close to what I wanted, and then a fourth property which was the one I chose. The whole process went smoothly and quickly and was very clearly explained by Angel and her colleagues. Thank you to the team. I am looking forward to our continuing relationship as the tenancy commences.

I was looking for a 1 bed to let and it was incredibly competitive! Although I didn't end up letting through Dexters I wanted to thank Angel, who supported us through this stressful market. Angel was very supportive, understanding and respectful. She is very humanistic and cares for your situation. I had to cancel an appointment due to workload, Angel was so understanding and cheered me on to get through it! Firstly, the service we have received from all the Dexters offices we have dealt with over the past month has been second to none and we would recommend to anyone. Today we met Anthony Barnes who helped us find our dream properly to let. He was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He gave us the best sound advice and treated us with absolute respect. Elli and her brilliant team have been true angels from start to finish. As first-time buyers previously missing out on properties to cash buyers, we had gone through the motions of dozens of viewings and offers. After falling for the flat right away, Elle was so quick to present and submit our offer form that it helped show the sellers how keen we were. Ultimately their liaison on our behalf helped ensure the sellers we were the right match for their property. Without her it wouldn’t have happened and we are so grateful. Elli stayed on top of things and always reassured us by keeping the progress at a steady pace. Her efficiency and responsiveness was a huge help during what could have been a stressful period for us. Worst experience with the agency

Worst experience with the agency, I decided to move out the apartment earlier because living conditions were unbearable. As such early tenancy move outs require a penalty, I was told by an agent a sum and that it is a fixed amount regardless if they will find a new tenant or I will, the total sum stays the same.Come to find out 2 months later that this in fact was not true and I could’ve saved almost 2K if I found a tenant myself. Agent was denying ever saying those terms to me to the point it was easier to pay the sum than start the negotiations with big agency. Would not recommend to use them or be very careful with every communication and have it crystal clear via emails.

They just don't care

Everything was fine and then we moved in. Loads of issues loads of non working or non closing doors. The fridge that was supposed to be replaced has never been replaced. All the emails have been ignored and no maintenance work has been done. Leaking roof makes living in 1 room impossible but the emails are being ignored. Calling them you only get a question how bad is it??? What do you mean how bad is it??? So for over a year there has not been any help from them. But they expect you to jump as soon as they need something. I hope its only this branch that is so incompetent and others are better.....

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Joseph Kwaw to arrange a new tenancy. Top service from him, and helped with all ours needs from viewing through to getting the keys. Pretty sure he’ll be round for a pint once I’ve moved in!Dexters office in general were great helping if Joe was in another call when I phoned, so I can’t recommend them highly enough.
