The Duston team were excellent from start to finish. They worked extremely hard and after I accepted an offer on my property, Becky then proceeded to work on the next stage of the sale. So my story with this estate agency while i was looking for a property i have finally found the one with jackson grundy. After months waiting the landlord was looking for a house no pressure i continued to wait then had enough started looking else where then i was at the process of purchasing another property . They then called me saying this one the landlord has finally found hes and we can crack on if i am still interested & they gave me there 100% words that its mine!! Afterwards the landlord couldn’t get that house & i have lost the one i was purchasing. Then I complained there staff said it’s irrelevant apparently!! Absolutely disgusting don’t recommend this estate agency after all these months waiting i have seen several houses they have put but no contact was made to say mr ali we have another property. Absolutely no communication skills. I feel personally this establishment needs to learn how to treat there customers i was a first time buyer with everything ready! And they messed me about! I shall not recommend this company to no one.

Awful estate agents

Awful estate agents - AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. Waste of time and no respect for wasting buyers money. After showing us around a property which we loved we placed an offer and it was accepted and we were told the property was off the market. They continued to show people round and take offers on the property to come back a week later to tell us our offer was no longer high enough. In this time, we had instructed solicitors and spent money which we could not get back. Waste of time - will not be using them again for either selling or buying a property as not integrity at all.

Went for a viewing arrived 15 mins before time could not locate, called the office who said they would call the person doing the viewing so that they would call me this did not happen managed to finally locate the property no one was there called the agent who said the agent had given me a call and she had now left to go to another viewing. Outright lies. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

Poor experience. Would not recommend.

We rented a property for 2 years from Jackson Grundy Daventry. In that time we had many maintenance issues with the house such as the hob tripping out the electricity, the fencing panels coming loose, the conservatory roof leaking and the shower leaking through the ceiling and into the kitchen. We reported all these issues but they would always take a long time to get back to us and to actually get someone out to look at the issues. We ended up giving up complaining about the leaking shower before we left the house as they still hadn't fixed it in 8 months.
