They sold my house in a short period of time and have communicated superbly every step of the way. From valuation through to sales chasing, Ian, Nicky, Sam and Chera-Lise from Durham branch, and Sue from Sales Support, have offered an exceptional level of communication and service throughout. The effort and time they have put during the process was outstanding, and at all stages, they have done their utmost to give an insightful advice and constant update. GoogleI have used Chera-Lise at Yourmove for some time now and I am extremely happy with the Lettings service she provides. She is always very pleasant, efficient and very effective, using her expertise and judgement to obtain excellent tenants. I particularly like the fact that she keeps me informed and always takes and returns my calls. I can’t see myself using anyone else.

GoogleDon't bother going with these. They are happy to let my landlady Rob me after she informed the council that I moved out when I didn't which messed my benefits claim up they are also happy to represent her even after I informed them that me and my kids were going without heating because I couldn't afford to use them with them being electric

GoogleWe've just received a superb service from the team at Your Move in Durham. We purchased a repossession which had a lot of time pressures involved. Mandy, the manager and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to keep us and all the parties informed. They responded really well, promptly and efficiently, to requests for assistance, or just to move things along. This could not have been a better service. We would definitely recommend Your Move in Durham and go to them in the future for both buying and selling.

GoogleI had a really good selling experience with Your Move and would thoroughly recommend this Estate Agency to others. A very professional and friendly service was provided by all from the start, from the valuation carried out by Ian, to the viewings conducted by Mike and Dominic and the support given by Nicky, Annaleigh and Chera-Lise. The communication was excellent and Dominic, who accompanied me for most of the viewings, was very reassuring and helpful throughout.
