Would not hesitate to recommend…

Would not hesitate to recommend Robinsons, really impressed with the hard graft put in by everyone especially Danny. We engaged Robinsons and Ingleby Homes to sell our home so it was easy to gauge the levels of effort put in by each by each Estate Agent, I have to say that I was seriously underwhelmed by Ingleby Homes. Robinsons went above and beyond to ensure we got a sale at close to the price we wanted and during the whole process the communication was second to none.If you are thinking of selling your house you will not go far wrong in trusting Robinsons to do the business.

Great service

Had a really good, easy experience purchasing our first home through Robinson’s. We dealt with Sally and Joy and both were very friendly, polite, professional and made everything really clear throughout the process. Especially having had pretty poor dealings with a different estate agent on a sale which fell through, we couldn’t have been happier with the service from Robinson’s and they’ll be our first port of call if and when we come to sell (which hopefully won’t be for a long time!). Very happy with Robinsons. What you see is what you get. There is no hassle, they are helpful but not pushy, and ready to get things done. A chance meeting with Louis from the Darlington office tipped us off about our next home after successfully selling the previous one at a very competitive price. Compliments too to Joy who kept on top of things regarding our purchase even when she was ill. Five stars to all concerned.Well done

Efficient Sale....

I chose Robinsons after another agent was slow to respond taking photographs and Robinsons were prompt in their response and gave a higher valuation (which was achieved). They got my property online within a day or 2 with video etc. It sold within 6 days and liaison with staff was great. Mainly dealt with Joy, nothing was too much trouble. The sale was straightforward and no complications which helps, but no complaints from me.

The fact that the buyers and buyers solicitor were slowing down the process, this did not deter Julie from chasing them at every opportunity. She kept me informed by phone and email. Brilliant customer service from start…

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. The team at spennymoor branch were excellent, especially Mandy dealing with our sale. The chain became quite complicated three months in and she did everything she possibly could, going above and beyond at times to keep us informed, responding within minutes and very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Without her we would have given up hope and probably not completed!! Will definitely recommend robinsons to others.

Sharon has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, Robinsons dealt with both our sale and purchase and went above and beyond to keep us updated at every step.
