I recently had the pleasure of viewing a studio flat in Nottingham with Amy, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The flats were fantastic, perfectly situated in a vibrant and convenient area. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it an ideal location.Amy was amazing throughout the entire process. I joined Loc8me 2 months ago as the Accounts Manager from a completely different sector. The support I have received from my line Manager, Helen has been amazing. Outstanding management

Since our previous landlord sold our property, it has been managed by Loc8me for the past 3-4 months. They have done a far better job at maintaining it, including repairs, maintenance, and resolving a serious mold issue. Freya (1) has been phenomenal in communicating with us about property issues, house viewings, and scheduled work. Cohen is a top bloke and has also been super helpful with resolving property issues. Freya (1), Cohen, and Freya (2) have all been amazing overall. If you’re looking for hidden gems in Bristol, they are the ones.

Loca8me recently took over the bywater house property in Birmingham and honestly, it was really poor initially as the manager totally lacked empathy about the ongoing maintenance issues and surely was not very responsive and nice. Things completely changed when Emma Rogers took over as the property manager. She is nothing but kind, understanding and very much responsive. It's not every day that I get to see someone going above and beyond for their clients, tenants and mainly their job. Emma is very approachable and is always there regardless of what time/day it is, she makes sure to put her tenants first which I have never seen with any of the previous managers. At the same time, she is also very transparent about everything which makes her the best! I have extended my contract for another year now as Emma has made things really smooth. Thank you :)

After coming back to this flat after going home for Christmas, me and 3 other tenants were treated by a flood on the ground floor due to blocked drainage. Although this review is about Emma from Loc8me, not the case itself. During this time, Emma stayed in contact with each of us, giving us as up to date information as possible and constantly keeping us updated at a frustrating time. She was very supportive throughout the entire process and did stupidly long hours to make sure we all had a place to say and were satisfied with everything going on. Without her this occasion could have been much much worse, so was very thankful to have her constant pressure and reassurance knowing she was slaving away for our benefit. Although Emma has a person would receive a 6 star review, felt like I had to drop it to a 4 star judging the circumstances. Once again a massive thank you Emma, made a world of difference in that troubling time.

Loc8me are a nightmare

Loc8me are a nightmare - do not use. Read the other reviews! I am the parent of a University Student in a house that demands over 4K rent a month, it is a disgrace. The property is disgusting. When they all arrived on the first day, the house was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned properly- my sons room had a old sock on the floor (the carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed) and his mattress looked like the previous tenant had wet the bed. The walls were mouldy and the shower curtain in the bathroom was covered in mould. There were no locks on the doors and we had to pay £220 to have a lock put on as my son has valuable music equipment - the landlady refused to pay. Part of the contract was Wi-Fi - they had to wait 4 months and make many complaints before Wi-Fi was installed even though it was a breach of contract. The curtains in my sons room are in shreds and he was promised replacements, but 5 months down the line he has been told the greedy landlady is refusing to replace them. Complaining is farcical. The tenants wait in for people to turn up - they don't arrive. Office staff are incompetent. Now one of the team has phoned all the tenants and basically threatened them all by saying she has heard they have been badmouthing loc8 to prospective new tenants - it isn’t badmouthing- it’s the truth. I have no idea how these companies are allowed to carry on the way they do - maybe because students are so lowly regarded - do not take on any property that has these charlatans managing it. If I could give minus stars I would - shameful

Loc8me Leeds: do not trust

Loc8me Leeds offered my daughter a flat with her friends, all the contracts were signed, guarantor in place, deposits paid then they came back and said that the price was wrong and tried to increase it by £30 per person/ per week. They said it was an admin mistake and would not honour the advertised price or the signed contracts. Absolutely disgusted with this company.
