Took close to 2 months to get our deposit back and loc8me only sprung into action once we sent overbearing emails. The agent who we were in communication with over WhatsApp requested a review of his competence to let us know the deposit would soon be arriving in my bank account?? Felt like a joke lol 🍊Communication was poor throughout our 1 year tenancy.

Absolutely appalling. Total lack of respect. I had a chat going with one of the agents who had sent me a link to one of their ‘new houses’. I asked if I needed to view it before taking it and the answer from the agent was no. I proceeded to take it immediately and was asked for the details of myself and my 3 flatmates which again I gave immediately. I asked for a viewing anyway that day, with the idea that the house was already mine. I spent an hour getting to the house and was waiting for the agent for just under 40 minutes, texting and calling them which was never responded to. I then had a rather embarrassing text message from the agent saying he had let the house and had forgotten to cancel the viewing. Just over a 2.5 hour trip. When I asked where in the 5 minutes that I had said I would take it and gave my details that somebody else had taken it, the agent said that the other person had viewed it and said they would take it earlier. Well then. WHY do you allow somebody else to ‘take it’ and waste half their day? Wouldn’t wish this on anyone else. 0 stars.
