GoogleHad a property viewing booked, agent did not turn up with no prior contact. As viewing was out of hours, there was also no way of contacting the agent. Very poor service and waste of an evening.
Afternoon Joe, was your viewing last night? We don't have any details registered for yourself if you want to get in touch. We did have to condense the viewings so they finished at 5pm. Voicemails were left for all viewings offering the option to go tonight at the same time. Rob

GoogleReally poor service and very unprofessional. Took day off work to be home for a valuation they didn't show or have the decency to even cancel. When I called to question it, stated oh yeah you were in the book sorry we didn't cancel and then went on to blame covid. Unbelievable really I would go with the more established agents locally that know what they are doing. 1 star only because I had to AVOID!!!!

We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with the service you've received from us. The condition of the property returned to us did not match the inventory when you moved in. Damage from children drawing on walls and then the plasterwork being effected from yourselves trying to rectify this, is not general wear and tear. The landlord has had to pay almost double the cost of the bond to rectify this. The process to make a deduction from your bound was all impartially submitted through the DPS dispute resolution service. They have elected to rule in our favour. It's disappointing that you have then decided to put not one but two negative reviews on our page, when you were given a fair opportunity to present your evidence.

GoogleHaving failed to sell my house with another agent I chose hunters and sold within 6 weeks there marketing experience and knowledge of the property market is excellent the quality of the photos to market the property is top professional quality the team at hunters make you feel like your property is the only one they are selling even tho they have hundreds . They also did the conveyancing witch as expected was brilliant will 100% use hunters again to sell a property

GoogleWent to get advice on getting a mortgage, they guy we seen was totally disinterested! my partner hasn't got the best of credit ratings so we knew we may not get anywhere fast but just a little advice on how to go about things would have been nice. we got the feeling he had already looked into things and couldn't be bothered to do anything for us. Would never go back to them. I have seen a couple of financial advisors and he was the worst by far. Felt degraded and angry coming out of their office.

GoogleI arranged a viewing for a property in Gateshead with Harrison Berry, I then received a confirmation e-mail and turned up at 6pm the next evening to be shown around. They didn't bother to show up, I waited half a hour and then called the office - which was closed. They didn't even contact me to apologise for the no show, and when I contacted them and informed them i'd done a 65 mile round trip to visit the property they offered absolutely nothing by means of apology. Very unprofessional.

GoogleThe property we had to rent out was let within a month. We were informed of every viewing and feedback. Rob and Lauren are friendly, polite and very professional. The inventory report for the property was most impressive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and we would definitely use them again if we ever need to. Best Estate Agents we have dealt with.
