Good Afternoon Susan, We're very disappointed that this is the way you have decided to voice your concerns. We terminated our relationship with you after you repeatedly endangered contractors and other agents staff members lives, by repeatedly requesting them to gain access to a property against our advisement. The tenant had made serious threats about anyone who decided to enter, during a notice period which worried us. You ignored this and we felt the relationship had reached an end point. One of the other owners then contacted us to say, that another agent would not manage the property as you were auctioning it (so this would not be worth their time to manage for such a short period). So at the time of licensing beginning we were not your managing agent. At no stage was correspondence issued to us that a licence was required as it would of went directly to your UK address. All registered landlords are contacted directly and without a managing agent, it is your responsibility to deal with this. One of the other owners of your properties then contacted us to say would we manage the property in the interim, we could charge a higher fee if needed. This is why you were charged the additional fee, and why we are named as manged agent not licensee on your license, as we were not prepared to make the commitment to oversee everything for you, after our previous experience. We have then promptly dealt with your complaint, advising that if you do not feel we have acted fairly. Then this can be dealt with via The Property Ombudsmen, we are more than happy to share all correspondence we have and justify our decisions during this period. Instead of going through this channel you have decided to write this review, which only shows one side of the story. This review does serve as a reminder that we only want to work with landlords who deal with things the right way and not endanger the team trying to help them.

We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with the service you've received from us. The condition of the property returned to us did not match the inventory when you moved in. Damage from children drawing on walls and then the plasterwork being effected from yourselves trying to rectify this, is not general wear and tear. The landlord has had to pay almost double the cost of the bond to rectify this. The process to make a deduction from your bound was all impartially submitted through the DPS dispute resolution service. They have elected to rule in our favour. It's disappointing that you have then decided to put not one but two negative reviews on our page, when you were given a fair opportunity to present your evidence.
