GoogleI had a valuation on my home from Connells and in my opinion did not fill me with confidence, I had 2x other valuations previous to this and Connells seemed way off the mark ( undervalued) maybe the agent didn't fully understand what he was valuing as what I'm selling is a little complex.

GooglePopped into the office as I'm looking to develop some land I own, I spoke with the branch manager Vinny and I must say that his local knowledge is exceptional. He knew everything about school catchments and talked me through initiatives such as help to buy as well. I would highly recommend speaking with him for any future developers!

GoogleOn balance found the experience neither good or bad. The estate agents would benefit from improving communication skills. Updating clients at regular intervals. Having said that when communication was established it was so done in a professional manner.
