GoogleRichard is a terrible estate agent who doesn’t know what day of the week it is, I’m surprised he’s worked there for so long. I’m sure you’ve lost so much custom and now mine because of that lazy weasel. Please stay away from falcon close as the landlord is a crook and the house is falling apart!!

GoogleBy far, the best letting agents I've met! Even from the beginning, when I received an email from Connor McQuillan, saying that they have a new property to let, that was just added online. Or the time when Denisa Modru, showed us the property. And that seeing that me and my wife really liked it. She promised that would put a good word to the Landlord. And also, Regan Crawford who helped us with every other thing that needed to add to the documents. Thank you!

GoogleAlexander’s turned out to be the perfect choice for selling my Mothers house. The staff were all very professional, personable and helpful. It was clear from the beginning that they knew the current local housing market very well. They explained everything plainly without using jargon. And the biggest plus was the fact that they communicated with us frequently without us having to chase them. We really had confidence that they were on our side. We would definitely recommend. GoogleForget about needing to chase... they will chase you! In a good way. I feel just like us, every customer is valued by this branch, even down to the smallest detail. Its clear to us that they don't just find a buyer, they keep the buyer happy and updated. Not sure how Gary does it... he must morph into 10 different people. Truly outstanding estate agents.

GoogleEstate agents do NOT deserve the negative press they often get. I had a fantastic experience with this company in purchasing my home as a FTB at the ripe old age of 41yrs! I’ve No hesitation in awarding the A & Co team 5*. Superb customer service from Gary and Lauren. Had it not been for their professionalism and tenacious approach handling my complex leasehold property purchase my somewhat sloppy solicitor could easily have cost me my lifetime dream of homeownership! They were honest, respectful and diligent from the start i.e booking my initial viewing appointment right through to completion. They went above and beyond in understanding the customer (even though I wasn’t their direct client as the Buyer) I felt the level of care taken and support offered demonstrated they really understood what was needed, as a FTB the buying experience can be stressful and overwhelming! I must also commend this company for the pictures on their property ads; pictures aren’t doctored to appear bigger or wider than they are (a lot of your competitors really could learn from you in this area!! It was a lovely surprise to be presented with a nice box of goodies and a card when I had merely gone into the office to collect keys to my new home on the day of completion😀 What a nice touch that was, hadn’t expected that level of top notch customer service. Keep up the good work. I certainly will be turning to you when I come to sell to move up the ladder in a few years. Wishing you great success for 2023 and beyond. GoogleI bought a house recently through Alexander & Co. From the initial viewing all the way to completion, they were absolutely fantastic! Rhys did the viewing and I liaised with Lauren and Gary for the rest of the process. Cannot fault them at all, really professional and helpful. I also used surveyors (Harkin Associates) and solicitors (Simply Conveyancing) recommended by them who were also brilliant. As a first time buyer it was really helpful to have Alexander & Co help me. They checked in with me regularly and chased things up when needed. Thanks so much!
