I have used the services of Alexander and Co for several years now and just recently they have helped to find me new tenants for one of my rental properties. Everything is handled professionally, promptly whilst also keeping me informed of progress. Anne Lescalier is my Property Manager and she is superb, I don't need to worry at all as I know she always has everything in hand. Most recently the new tenant matter has been handled by Donna Magill. I have dealt with Donna over several years and she is very professional, organised and provides the best customer service possible. My thanks to Anne and Donna for looking after my rentals. Finally, I would also like to mention Melinda Zambuko who helped find new tenants and guided me through the vetting process to ensure we picked the most suitable.

Amazing agency! Firstly, contacting them was easy, as they regularly pick the phone and reply to emails. There is also a great communication between the team, as it did not matter who picked the phone, everyone quickly knew who we were and helped us. The process was quick and efficient, all of our questions where answered and we received support from the entire team in every step, and they really tried to make things smooth for us, so we could move in easily. Special mention to Connor, whose job was absolutely outstanding. Firstly he showed us the house with grace and a pinch of humor, which made the visit fun. He let us see the house without making us feel pressured with time and also answered all questions. Secondly, his follow up work was the best one we have ever received from an agency. He helped us all the way, and even when things didnt go as we planned, he sticked for us, trying to find new options. Finally, when the right opportunity came, he was quick and sharp and helped us to get our dream home, and all of that just before going on his HP! Julia and the team have been a great help with the difficult sale of my mother's house since being forced into long term care. I thought that using my Lasting Power of Attorney would be an extra obstacle but the process was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with advice given to the best way for me to present the house ready for viewings.
