As a newcomer to Luton it's been really hard to find a good and cheap property near to the place where I work. I am very happy with the service we have received, and I would definitely recommend Alexander & Co. After having a horriffic experience with another vendor, I have been extremely cautious renting with a new company. However, I needn’t have worried as all the staff have been wonderful. They’ve answered all my questions, and the whole process is very smooth and modern. I was especially pleased to see Landlord packs (are you ready to rent, checklists, legal requirements) in their offices, which shows they are looking after their renters as much as their landlords. Staff were also very understanding of my personal commitments, and were more than happy to make it work for everyone. The whole service from initial viewing to completion was professional. The sale took a long time due to factors beyond agents and our control, however we dealt with the sales progression manager Gary whom was very professional, compassionate and responsive whenever we needed him. It was a long sale and Gary remained calm and respectable to all parties to ensure the sale completes over the line. I would not hesitate to recommend Alexander and Co as your agent as you will be looked after from start to finish. They treat you like adults and will work with you, so you reach the finish line. I had a very pleasant experience with Alexander & Co. I was finding it difficult to find a house on rent due to severe demand & supply issues and to add to my vows most of the landlords have quite typical conditions like they don't allow kids or need to be from British or a European origin etc. I would like to specially thank Connar & Denisa who understood my requirements and urgency and got the right home for us. From our very first contact, Julia was a total star! She knew the local market and had buyers lined up for us before we'd even really decided to move. We sold before the house came to the market, for a higher price than we'd expected, which was a welcome surprise. The process was lengthy and stressful, taking some nine months due entirely to the property we are (still hopefully!) moving to, but Julia managed the process for us, and kept us as sane as was possible, with sensible advice at every stage, providing the benefit of her experience throughout. At the same time, she has been managing my parents simultaneous, protracted and similarly stressful sale, which she has handled in exactly the same calm, honest, reassuring and reliable way. Neither sale has been simple by any stretch of the imagination, but without Julia's support I'm not entirely sure we'd have made it through! We're all incredibly grateful, and would recommend her without question.

Very pleasant experience renting out my property. Lesley was so helpful and took care of the property and the tenants very well. I barely worried about my property and the tenants as I knew it was always handled by them. I was a first time landlady and was anxious but A&Co took care of everything. Their emails were informative and were always working to improve their systems. For personal reasons I had to stop letting out the property, but I wouldn't hesitate going back to them.
