Alexander & co were absolutely spot on throughout our whole experience of buying our first home. Julia kept in regular contact with new properties that were available that she beloved we would be interested in and didn’t waste our time. Gary and Evelyn were very supportive while we were in limbo and did everything they could to keep us up to date with progress. Would highly recommend working with this team or just popping in for a chat.

I would highly recommend the letting service provided by Alexander and Co. Great service from the agency, everyone on the team is very friendly and helpful. I have contacted Alexander & Co as letting agents for an apartment in Luton for 3 years, always Richard, Janice, and Anne was very friendly and helpful. They are always very quick to resolve the problems when appeared into the apartment. I am so thankful for everything and so sad because now I cannot keep this service because we moved to another city and the agency don't have a property to rent.

Once again Alexander & Co came up trumps. I needed to let a family property whilst my sister is ill and Donna carefully took me through the process, explaining everything I needed to do and giving me valuable advice. She always responded to any query I had very promptly and effectively. She contributed to making the whole thing as hassle free for me as possible. As soon as the property was ready for tenants the team organised three viewings and I had a choice of two sets of tenants which was excellent and the property was let in a matter of weeks.

Ive been supporting a friend who was in hospital for a while after having a stroke, now we have managed to get him the care he needs we want to give the house up, which seems to be a problem, this company doesnt have any compassion for vulnerable people and squeeze as much money out of little he has, never been so disgusted with a company. As a building manager in a prime London location, I understand how hectic a property manager’s day can be. I want to extend my gratitude to Anne at A&Co for being our property manager while we rented a flat in Toddington through them. She always approached our queries with professionalism and provided assistance with multiple updates when things were complicated. Our renting days have now ended as we've moved onto the property ladder, but I want to wish A&Co all the best. They are highly professional, and their software and system for logging complaints and managing properties is impressively efficient. I did not expect such service for a location outside of London, yet they went above and beyond in taking care of their tenants and ensuring the properties they manage are well looked after. Alexander & Co have been brilliant and we couldn’t recommend or thank them enough. From initial contact with Connor McQuillan, we were supported with viewings to find the perfect home. He was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help make the viewings easy and manageable. Then Regan Crawford has been exceptional with all our paperwork and sorting the checks out. These were done easily, quickly and with a great amount of communication so we weren’t anxiously waiting for ages. And since being offered our property Liz Sampson has also been fantastic. She’s checked over our property and we’ve moved into a clean, well kept and gorgeous new home. We look forward to working with her as our property manager as she’s already been so friendly and helpful. Property searching has been stressful; Alexander & Co have reduced this stress significantly and my partner and I have not come across such a fantastic letting company/estate agent before. They’re responsive, friendly and everyone has been attentive and known exactly what stage we’ve been at with our property search. We have even been offered a free service to manage all our bills together which is just such a relief and saved so much time and stress. Could not recommend Alexander & Co enough!!

I have been letting my property for six years during which time the managing company has changed three times but thankfully the core staff have remained meaning that I have received good continuity of service especially from Donna Magill. Any issues raised by tenants are dealt with speedily and I am kept informed at all times of any works required and costs, etc.They are always happy to get more quotes if I feel that costs for jobs are too high and never make me feel that I am being a skinflint 😁 Communication to me is very important and I am very happy with the customer service that I receive from Alexander & Co especially Anne Lescalier.
