GoogleI am unhappy to give them one star. Rental flat, when it was viewed by a friend (I was hundreds of miles away for work) a couple of months before I was due to move in, the shower was totally mouldy, tray and panels, and very discoloured. Also flat in need of a really good cleaning. Was assured this would be done. Went in last Friday, paid a months rent and deposit, in cash as apparently they don't take cards or cheques (and now I know why). Signed the contract. Then to be told there is a problem with the shower. On entry the flat stank of smoke and dirt. Have spent the last three days scrubbing everything as is beyond filthy. Floors black with ground in dirt, hand marks on all drawers, pet hair, etc. Have not unpacked any clothes as don't want them picking up this smell. Morgans offered to send cleaners, but what is the point? As apparently it was cleaned. And the shower can't be done as plumber on holiday. What an ethical way to do business.

GoogleWe had the misfortune of using Morgan's to manage our Fife rental property. They were incompetent at best. Over the duration of managing the property they regularly told us that the property was well managed and looked after. At the time of our tenants moving out they then suggested that several areas of neglect had been identified and needed attention. None of which had been brought to our notice for the years during which they had supposedly undertaken regular thorough inspections and provided us with reports to that effect.
Sadly their agents came over as lacking an understanding of property management and how to inform a landlord as to what the issues were and what was required. We spent a lot of time having to call both Morgans and tradesmen directly because of Morgans inability to understand and articulate the issues and solutions to the issues. Any competent property management company would be expected tondo that for the management fee they are being paid.
I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want a competent property management company.
