GoogleIf I could have given them a negative rating, I would have. Primarily dealt with Linda, the Letting Manager, with our rental agreement for a property in Dunfermline. Everything was great until we wanted to move out. Linda became very unprofessional asking for an immediate entry to the property for a look around to make sure it was all in shape.
All our previous inspections were top class, and the only notes were some weeding that I never done.
Anyway, Linda used all sorts of ways to gain entry, false legal speech, incorrect statements of fact from the tenant agreement and even used an excuse that SHE WAS GOING INTO HOSPITAL FOR A MINOR OP AND THIS WAS STRESSING HER (I have emails as proof, so unprofessional it's not even funny) that we finally caved. This is just ONE of many issues and hassle we had leaving our rented property.
I'm in the mist of writing a massive complaint to them, and I'll end with this, if Claire Morgan if ever needs a new Lettings Manager, I could do a DAMN site better than Linda.

- Almost every person who viewed our property complained about them and their communication
- Forgot to put up a for sale sign
- Forgot to take down aforementioned for sale sign once sold
- No active selling or advice
- Seem not to care about lower value properties
- Lack of diligence on people who offered on our property, one didn't have a mortgage in place and was on furlough

We are sorry you felt Adam's email and voicemail were abrupt and came across as rude. That was certainly not the intention. As the house you had hoped to view was sold just an hour and a half before you were due to view it, we wanted to alert you so that you did not travel to the property. The email that is sent out is a standard email however it does state, 'If I can be of any further assistance to you please do not hesitate to contact me.' Adam also advised that the voicemail message he left stated that our client instructed us to accept an offer and that if the sale does not proceed for any reason, we will get back in touch to let you know. We can appreciate you will be disappointed not to get the opportunity to view this property however should any other suitable properties arise please do not hesitate to get in touch to arrange a viewing.
