Morgans were very professional throughout the sale of my property and a joint purchase of a new house. We used them for every aspect of both sales, from appointing Vistabee to do my very professional pictures to providing an independent financial advisor for our mortgage application, they never missed a beat. Both sales were completed during the pandemic which made the process even more impressive. Kirsten and Mhairi were both great, they were easily contactable and always happy to help answer any queries.

This review will never be able to express how much Brian's repeated expertise and experience astounded both myself and my colleague defending a stressful family litigation. Brian prepared our case very professionally. Although there was a large volume of work needed to be carried out it was Brian's methodical efficiency which made the process as painless as possible for us all. However, it needed the appropriate level of his time and effort to prepare all necessary documentation and responses to the various pleadings made which eventually proved it's worth on the final day's hearing. Brian clearly argued the case in court. For us, the feeling of relief that day was massive and our gratitude immense. In summary, the key attributes of Brian were his huge intellect, his ability to grasp the fundamental issues very rapidly and finally his very 'human' view of the case itself and the persons involved, as exemplified by his many recommendations to us when we were struggling with the forever changing nature of this litigation. I first came to see Brian Tait 4 weeks ago, and within this time he had seen me 4/5 times and dealt with my case and completed a court order. Brian made me feel welcome, he worked very hard and quickly to resolve matters in such a short time. On meeting Brian he made me aware that this wasn’t much time to have this done, and made it clear it might not be possible but he would try his best. Brian kept in regular contact with me and let me know how my case was progressing, never missed an appointment and bent over backwards to make sure my case was dealt with. I can’t thank Brian enough for the hard work, effort and for working his socks off to make this possible for me. Not only has Brian helped me to have a issue order granted, but he took the time to explain every step with me, and after court took time to come and speak to me afterwards. I'd always heard that Morgans were the most arrogant in town, but what they've just done has blown my mind. After another local estate agent removed a listing they had, after I'd supplied them with evidence of a live tenancy, Morgans later advertised the property. Again, I supplied them with all evidence, including paperwork that shows the owner and property are subject to tribunal hearing. The owner and staff at Morgans decided to ignore the facts I'd kindly supplied them and sell the house regardless, putting a closing date on it very soon after advertising for well below market value, For a very quick sale. Added to the above, the house was listed as having flooring and blinds included. Flooring and blinds which belong to me. Once the house sold, Morgans banned me from their FB page, so as no one could see what they'd done. Avoid this company and use one of the other fantastic local estate agents. 7 Plover Crescent, was sold whilst it was subject to FTT hearing for illegal eviction.

Absolutely the worst agency I have ever been in contact with. Response time to emails: two to four weeks. Offer given to purchase a house on 25 September, offer accepted on 9 October. On learning that the seller had a probate process to complete afterwards, a revised offer was given on 9 November which was responded to on 6 December!! We lost 2,5 months in a process that was supposed to end in 4-5 weeks.
