Dear Ms Hawthorne, We are always happy to be reviewed by our own clients who have used our services. However, we have checked our records and note that we have not acted for you. It’s a pity therefore that your review leaves a bad impression. Hopefully readers of your review will discount it and rely upon the many excellent reviews that we regularly receive from those whom we have actually acted for. Morgans

Dear Client NetJets, Having checked our database we have no record of having ever undertaken work for you or you having contacted the Practice. Should you wish to get in touch, our Client Relations Partner would be more than happy to discuss this with you. In the meantime, we have emailed you using your contact form to try and ascertain why you have left a one star rating when you have not used our services. Regards, Morgans.
