GoogleWould recommend the team highly, saw a great property and they are incredibly friendly.
Their credit check service however is very intrusive, not seen anything like this before asking for you to share your the login details to your bank account to share data and analyse your spending. You also must provide your payroll contact and monthly payslips.
This credit checking system is HomeLet and has several bad reviews on TrustPilot for selling personal data.
Although tenants and agencies can ask for this data, you are well within your rights to refuse :)

GoogleI originally gave 5stars for service - and it was up to the point we accepted an offer…went downhill from there!! The offer accepted- never existed and the solicitor did not even check the offer letter - she thought it was £50k higher than it was so we accepted then had to reject. The manner in which it was dealt with was awful, was put down as a simple mistake - it was laziness and nothing else. The rest of the sale was shambolic- despite being involved twice in the chain it was like people couldn’t communicate, our instructions were not listened to and at one point one of the staff were very rude to my wife for daring to be upset at the mistakes, the poor communication and the lack of any traction. We never agreed the final fee and yet it was deducted when we moved. Stacey who helped us with purchase was very good hence the 2 stars.NegativeQuality

My house was bought by the property dealer who somehow gained information about my property only known by me and the agency eg. my private telephone number! I was constantly pushed to sell the property below the real price, causing me to lose £10,000
It was all very devisive, underhand and unprofessional.

GoogleWe had really bad experience with them, there was a leak in our property as they from buyer side and maloco was only after money not the responsibilities first we had been given one key for the property and when we asked them then given second key 🔑 and then we told our solicitor then again one key been given. Is this a jock?
And also major issues there was a leak in that property seller and maloco hidden all this from the reports and also something fishy done from there survey reports. So anything can be done as both parties lied to the buyer ?
I won’t recommend maloco to anyone for future reference.

We were struggling to find a short term let with other companies, but Danielle understood how stressful this was and quickly sorted out a lovely flat. There online reference process meant was all sorted in a few hours and not piles of clunky forms to hand write you had to repeat for each property with the other agents.
