Fantastic service from the get go, Caitlin helped me find my first family home. She was very friendly, helpful and nothing was to much to ask of her. They kept in contact very well from the first viewing to picking up the keys. They even suggested a lawyers for us since we had never bought a house before. Everything was concluded very quickly and even when we moved it, they were very happy to help with removing the sign and the slight problem we had with the property when we moved it. I couldn't fault the service I received at all, thank you everyone and especially Caitlin.

Really impressed with how Maloco Mowat Parker managed the sale of my house. I had four estate agents value my property but Kieran Newman stood out from the other agents with his local knowledge and strategy to maximise the selling price so I decided to go with Maloco. The marketing was excellent and really presented the house well. A number of viewers were quickly booked and within a week there was an interested party. Karis Hutchison did an amazing job of negotiating the sale and steered the price to the home report value. Impressive considering the initial offer was significantly less. All legal aspects were dealt with really efficiently by Bethanie McGregor. Overall, I cannot recommend Maloco Mowat Parker enough. They sold my house within a week with a sale that met Home Report value. Thank you :)

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received, during my tenancy and especially afterwards regarding our deposit. Not only was the communication misleading, but the additional charges imposed were completely unjustified. The company's pricing is outrageously inflated, and it feels like they are exploiting their customers without any regard for fairness or transparency. It's as if they're deliberately trying to extract as much money as possible from their clients, with no concern for the actual service provided. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.

From start to finish a very quick and effortless process from my side. Great initial valuation visit from Lauren who talked me through the process to come and gave a realistic expectation of timescale and potential sale price. My expectations were taken on well by Kieran who was happy to put the property on my market for a price I was comfortable with. From there, sale was handled well and communication excellent from Karis. Viewings took place very quickly once the property was on the market. All of which I was informed about as soon as possible and feedback after each viewing so I was always in the loop. Very happy customer and would recommend for a professional and friendly service if you’re looking to get a good price for you home with a team that really push well to sell for the best price for you.

We have sold our house with Maloco and the whole process has been extremely easy and surprisingly quick. They stayed in contact and were extremely helpful as this was our first house sale. We are lucky enough to be also buying a house through them so I know the whole situation will be seamless and pleasant. We have specifically been in contact mostly with Karis and Bethanie and I really appreciate how friendly and helpful they have both been. I chose Maloco Mowat Parker to sell my property as they are a local company with great knowledge of the market and I've always been impressed with how quickly their marketed properties sell. Kieran dealt with the property initially, he was very professional, confident, reassuring and made me feel comfortable and at ease with the selling process. I was regularly kept up to date prior to going to market and once we were 'live' Karis took over and was brilliant with her emails and calls to keep me updated with viewings, the continued sales process and a really quick offer, well over what I expected!! Fantastic estate agents and solicitors for selling my home. Really efficient and supportive through process and arranged loads of viewings over initial weekend on sale with a number of offers on Monday morning including one 8% above home report price. The advice offered was beneficial in relation to why offer would suit my circumstances. Karis in particular was great with solicitors Laura and Bethanie dealing with legal work and purchase of my new home. I was delayed in posting review as concerned something would go wrong but all went smoothly and would highly recommend as clearly very experienced and knowledgeable.
