GoogleI recently sold my property with Maloco and Associates and would highly recommend them. I felt like from.the moment that Kieran came out to do the pre sale valuation right through to listing and receiving offers they really took the time to get to know me and provide a highly personalised and professional service. They helped me to achieve a great result, with my house selling in a week. I was a slightly nervous first time seller but Karis was brilliant at guiding me through the process and keeping me updated which helped to make the process from listing to accepting an offer as smooth as possible. Thank you so much!

GoogleWorst estate agent/solicitor in Scotland- stay away. Sold my property and a month and a half after sale still waiting to get all of my money from Maloco Mowat Parker. I went with them hoping having the estate agent and solicitor in the same place would be easier for the sale, and be less stressed but I couldn't be more wrong. They were purely and utterly unprofessional and inexperienced. I needed to produce my own floorplan as they were not able to; a simple task as adding the measurements on the plan were over their capabilities. The estate agents were not updating me on the viewings, I could never get a hold of any of them, and they would always come back late if they even did. People viewed my property without my knowledge. They wanted me to accept an offer without seeing it written first. They couldn't operate a calendar- dates in their calendars just went missing. Their conveyancing team struggled with simple addition and subtraction calculations. I received different account breakdowns showing different amounts at different times and they never had an invoice when asked and it was paid really late. They do not deserve the fees and the commission they got from my sale. Their customer service is deplorable, they never ever acknowledged they made a mistake or apologise for it. Never again, stay away. Dear Mr. Maloco, the very delayed response to my review is an excellent representation of how quickly and swiftly your team operates, thank you.

First of all, sorry for the delay in responding and secondly I am so sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. Having investigated and spoken with those with whom you dealt your case I have to confess to being a little puzzled by your negative review. I have reviewed the case management log and can see that you were kept fully advised of all viewings and all feedback. Our processes and that of the Scottish system were always discussed and explained and your interests were uppermost in our minds. Your review also seems to contradict your previous actions as I note that you chose to pay the recommended, full but discretionary, 1% sales commission under our Pay What You Want product and that you also very kindly arranged a delivery of Tim Horton doughnuts for the estate agency team, which we posted on social media to thank you. I believe that due to simple human error in the conveyancing process you were over charged Β£60 for the cost of registration dues. I am advised you received an apology and a refund but acknowledge that this did take a day to arrange which I am told you found an irritation and for which I also apologise. The amount of emails I sent with questions and the girls were always so quick to reply and extremely helpful! GoogleBooked a viewing in Dunfermline for a property for sale. I had agreed to view the flat on Thursday night (3 days ahead) and the agent took both my email and mobile number. I arrived on time to view but there was neither an answer at the door or any lights on in within the property. After waiting 20 minutes for the owner to show, I had to call it a night and leave. I phoned Maloco the next day only to be told the property had been sold and taken off the market despite having a viewing in place. There was no update of this despite the Maloco agent taking my details 3 days prior. Poor experience and a wasted trip due to questionable communication skills.

GoogleI would highly recommend using Maloco & Associates for selling properties. Their team is very professional and give me confidence since initial touch. Their communication is prompt and to the point throughout the whole process, which makes the complicated and stressful part much easier. They can even help me to sell the property in a reasonable price within 1 week after it is on the market. Their legal services involved in the selling process is also excellent. I can just sit back and don't need to worry anything. Great thanks Michael and his team!

GoogleI couldn't recommend Maloco and Associates more highly when considering purchasing or selling a property and would not hesitate to use again in the future. Michael and his team were very clear and communicative throughout the process, which was particularly useful when talking about set deadlines, next step instructions and regular progression updates. I could not be happier with how quickly and efficiently the whole process took place and could not have chosen a better solicitor to aid and finalise the purchase. Very professional and knowledgeable overall and easily contactable which allowed for clarity and confidence throughout the purchase.
