GoogleAdmin staff didn’t chase up potential buyers as much as I wouldn’t liked, hardly any communication from their side, I had to email them and it took days for them to reply. Let the first sale go on for 12 weeks before we heard anything then it fell through, we had to constantly chase for info. Once house finally sold it Took 2 days for funds to be received and I had to chase them again. Wouldn’t recommend this company for house sales.

So sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service Karen and to be honest a little surprised. I say this as all of the team felt they had a good rapport with you throughout the transaction and also because we have no record of you having voiced any concerns at any time. Had you done so we would of course have investigated immediately.
I am compelled to note also that the joint owner of the property, with whom you undertook the sale, has via email expressed how pleased he was with our service. It is odd that your views be so diametrically opposed to his having both had the same experience.
The fall through to which you refer was of course beyond our control and our file notes contradict your allegations that you were not fully updated, showing that at all times you and the joint owner were kept fully updated.
Finally, in terms of the remittance of your share of the net free proceeds of sale, these were transferred as soon as you provided us with your bank account details which we had requested. Furthermore, payment was made within the three working day window as stated within our T&C's sent to you at the start of the transaction.
As I say I am disappointed to hear of your apparent dissatisfaction Karen and whilst we regret your perception of our service to have fallen short, we must refute this most robustly.

GoogleSelling your house? I would highly recommend Maloco Mowat Parker in Dunfermline as this is a company that really look after you from start to finish - all the staff make it the dream team!
After the initial sales presentation and valuation from Lauren (which was brilliant and very accurate), we had confidence in MMP from the get-go.
We were not disappointed. Property pictures going live on the website producing lots of qualified appointments happened in quick succession as soon as we'd pressed the button and the For Sale sign board went up. Within a few weeks the SOLD message appeared on the board. A big thank you to Keiran, Elaine, Karis, Eve & Emma for all their excellent work in making this happen.
As MMP are also solicitors as well as Estate Agents, we'd chosen them to do the conveyancing too, and again were not disappointed. Laura and Paralegal Bethanie sprang into action at this point, making light work of all the legal paperwork and made what can be quite a daunting part of any sale, a simple and easy process - thank you so much.

GoogleFrom our initial estate agency enquiry it took Maloco Mowat Parker, less than 12 weeks to get our property valued, marketed, sold and exchange completed.
Choosing this local firm was the best decision we made as first time sellers. They took all the stress and hassle out of selling our property, and for that we are extremely grateful.
Safe to say it was a real team effort starting originally from their member of staff Emma, who called us almost immediately to arrange the valuation appointment, which in turn was completed by Lauren.
Lauren took her time to explain the whole sales process, answered any questions we had, and really knew the local market which helped with her providing a really accurate valuation.
My wife dealt with the team who came out to the property to take the professional brochure photographs (sorry never caught their name) however they did a fantastic job in capturing the house brilliantly.
Eve was next and super quick to create and release the excellent property schedule used to market in less that a week.
Then it was over to Elaine, who to took care of all our sales negotiation for us and kept us updated on both ours and buyers positions. I'm glad she was in our corner hahaha!
Once we received and accepted the offer, the deal / exchange was completed by Bethanie, and we are so glad we kept our estate agency and conveyancing all under one roof.
All this under the stewardship of Laura & Stacey, who I can only imagine are great Directors to work for.

GoogleI have now had many experiences with Maloco, Mowat and Parker and cannot recommend them enough. Purchasing my flat recently was stressful at times due to one or two factors relating to other parts of the process and whenever I needed anything the staff have been immediately available for a chat. Maloco, Mowat and Parker could not have been any more helpful and proactive.
I also have a flat rented through Maloco, Mowat and Parker. Using their letting service has been incredibly straight forward and left the flat management entirely out of my hands, for a small fee, which has been invaluable as it has left me free to study, work and travel without worrying about missing important communication from a tenant regarding the quality of their living space. Maloco, Mowat and Parker seem incredibly on the ball and I’m sure the tenant has no issues while they have overseen the letting of the property.
