GoogleFriendly staff but poor communication! I was looking for a new flat to rent and Slater Hogg & Howison had some lovely flats on the market. I enquired about viewing a flat and was told to fill out information for them and then they would be in touch about a viewing. Filled out all this information for them (personal information about wages etc) as they said it was required for a viewing. A week went past and we heard nothing so I got in touch and was told the "landlord decided to go with another tenant today." I then enquired about another one of their properties, same again, was told they would be in touch about organising a viewing but no contact again. Spotted it said let agreed on the website. Such a shame as the staff were so friendly on the phone! However, it is really quite unfair to expect people to fill out all this information, just for a viewing, and not even be able to send a quick email. Really disappointing as they were lovely flats and the reviews all seemed so positive.

I dealt with Sarah specifically and she was always kind and friendly when we spoke and always happy to answer any questions I had throughout the application and moving in process. She also passed me on to the Glasgow branch about letting out properties and they now manage a rental property for me in Barrhead. Would definitely recommend Slaterhogg, especially Rebecca!

GoogleWe recently started to rent a flat in Dundee with the change of tenancy facilitated by Slater Hogg & Howison. This was the second property advertised by SHH we inquired about (first one was through Zoopla, second one by calling the branch directly) and we could arrange a viewing for the next day. The staff was very thorough and efficient throughout the application process, while maintaining a good line of communication between us and the landlord. We would highly recommend them!

GoogleAs a Landlord in Dundee my property was having a change of tenant after completing renovations. I reviewed a handful of agent's in the area, Robecca at Slater Hogg and Howison came out on top for her knowledge, great service from advertising, finding and vetting prospective tenants, and helping tenants every step of the way to a smooth entry. The fees are also very competitive. I will certainly be using this service again and 100% confidentiality recommend Slater Hogg and Howison to other landlords in this area.
