GoogleI very recently moved to Dundee so in need of a new place to rent. After seeing multiple properties, I was able to get a viewing for multiple properties in the one day thanks to the team. Grace was on hand to assist with the viewings and answer any questions to a professional level allowing me to walk away from each property confident I had all the relevant information needed. Once I decided on a property I wished to rent I mainly dealt with Emma who has been fantastic from the get go. Ensuring all initial questions and issues I had where answered within a couple of hours at an absolute maximum and keeping me updated with dates. Once all was sorted and I picked up my keys, Emma presented and talked me through all documentation in thorough detail. Since moving in I have had one minor issue that when I brought to the attention of Emma, was dealt with on the day of me raising it. Fantastic service and extremely professional individuals at Slater Hogg & Howison.

GoogleWe moved from Wales to Dundee and Sarah made everything very easy and straightforward, including accommodating a virtual viewing and progressing things as quickly as possible on her end as she understood that we needed the tenancy agreed and finalised as a matter of urgency.
We have been in our property now for around a month and are very happy. The only (minor) issue we had on moving into the property was resolved very quickly, which Sarah helped to facilitate (even though arranging repairs is not her role).
