GoogleGrant property have to be the most disorganised and useless letting agency out there. Our flat has had a few problems and it takes them months to solve the problems. Huge mould stain in one of the bedrooms has been there for 5 months now. Ridiculous don't be led in by the quality of the flats because the service is shocking

Absolute disgrace of a company. Our flat was a state when we moved in, yet they had the cheek to charge us £430 for a "professional clean" upon moving out. They didn't fix a single thing despite numerous complaints. The most disorganised and thieving company out there.
