GoogleWe are renting a flat with Grant property and until now they have been prompt for everything. They reply to the emails quickly. If we had any problems concerning our flat, they sent someone to fix it in one or two days and also the application phase was clear, simple and quick for us. Was a bit skeptical at the beginning as many letting agencies in Dundee are very bad and they exploit students, but for now I can say that Grant Property was great and impeccable. Thank you!!

GoogleAwful company. Won't give you an inventory list, won't fix any damages like a leaking roof and then at the end of your tenancy will charge you and hold you responsible for their shortcomings. Avoid at all costs

GoogleThe flat we were provided from sandstone was very nice with any problems being solved very quickly due to the great services. the furnishings were also very high quality. Only issues were minor such as small desk, wardrobe space and overall storage. Otherwise incredible service

GoogleAt the beginning everything was fine. Paperwork and communication was quick and efficient. Once we moved in flat we found it dusty, hairs in sinks and bathtub, bra and socks from previous owners under our beds. I had to reclean the flat myself. Few months in, the extraction fan over hob broke and until the day myself and others moved out it wasn't fixed. Then there was some mold in bathroom, they didn't properly clean it, just painted over. The loose floorboards that they were when we moved in and was promised to fix it, was never fixed. We had problems with pigeons - it took them months to resolve issue. Once we moved out - they're charging us insane amounts for few crumbs and some dust and trying to charge us for ridiculous damages (using provided pan and pots). Be careful when renting with them, take photos the second you move in the flat because they will try and pin the blame on you later on

GoogleVery expensive they are increasing our rent even though repairs had to be done ourself. We had to pay for it to be cleaned due to how dirty it was when we moved in. Many issues keep coming up and they definitely are overcharging us. Students be careful. The woman who manages our flat and helps us is very nice her name's Erin. Also many grant property workers randomly let themselves into our flat without telling us first. Last week 5 different people came in throughout the week with a key. Not very private for our own flat.

GoogleNothing but complaints from my partner about the service from Grant Property. The video sent to the flatmates on moving out included ridiculous deductions on their deposits because of "crumbs on carpet" and "soap marks on the shower walls" which the flatmates scrubbed by hand. Having gone through uni myself I have experience with other companies who were outstanding from fixing things promptly to giving a full deposits back without scamming the students using some deduction picked from thin air. Should've warned them about Grant Property's reputation before they moved in but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unimpressed.

GoogleBeen with Grant Property for just over a year now. Had a few significant issues with the 3-bed property when we moved in but thankfully these were sorted out. Grant ensures we have regular inspections of gas, electricity and fire alarms, which keeps those services up to date. The majority of our help has been from Erin, who has been very helpful, but staff are always welcoming whenever we visit the branch. Overall, besides a few issues at move-in, Grant have been a good letting agent.

GoogleI am one of Grant Management's neighbours and am finding them quite usless. Complicit is probably the best way to describe them or maybe just plain and simples 'taking this piss'. EPIC FAIL!!

GoogleThe worst company I have ever dealt with, these people left me to fend for myself when I was a student, when my roof collapsed due to flooding, they left it for months, not doing anything about it, stole thousands of pounds from us, because the 'inside' of the microwave wasn't clean enough. I am still to this day having issues because of this company, I have no idea how they are still going, or how they sleep at night. Notice they have had a name change, it is quite apparent why.

GoogleStaff are friendly enough. However, they are unbelievably disorganised! It took them over a month to replace our oven, and I reported that our bathroom light was broken in April, and after countless phone calls for them to fix it a man turned up 3 weeks ago, couldn't fix it and left the cover off with wires exposed in a bathroom where condensation forms on the wires and still they won't get their act together and sort it out. And they've increased the price of this small flat for 3 people from £3180 per person per year to £3492 per person per year. Shocking service, do not get a property with Grant! The best moment though, was when we had a fire safety talk. The women who arrived for the talk said "If the fire extinguisher meter goes in the red, phone us immediately". I glanced at the fire extinguisher after she said this. It was in the red. "Ahhh that'll be fine it's just not up right" It was up right, she obviously just couldn't be bothered with the hassle of replacing it for us. Couldn't make this up.

GoogleDo not hire from Grant Properties. Three times in one week, we've had workmen show up unannounced with the keys to the property. A month and a half after moving in they've decided to lay carpet in the property. So after just having settled, we've had to lift all our furniture and equipment. The staff were great until we got the keys, now they're less than useless and have no time to sort issues and are incredibly rude when contacted. Unless you're desperate, do not hire from Grant Properties.

GoogleThis is one company that i would not recommend any student to go with, they are rude and unprofessional, they take you for a ride. They let themselves into your flat as they please, the staff are rude abrupt and unhelpful to say the least. They tell and agree to one agreement then alter it to suit them, but forget to tell you about the changes so it costs you more money, had I known about them I would never have gone with them. Its too late for me and my flatmates now but not for you. Poor service at its worst.

GoogleI booked viewing and no one showed up. Agent phone is switched off, I tried to call to office there is no response. I am very disappointed. Earlier this week the gentleman I spoke on phone regarding the viewing was really friendly so I had good expectation from this company.
