She explained all the services that they could provide, explained and costs and broke them down. She also suggested solicitors which was very helpful. They quickly organised photos and surveyor and signposts all in the same day so that I did not have to take too much time out for appointments. Dawn came to arrange the photos and was also very lovely. They are a great team. We have felt very well looked after. We had a lot of viewings and sold our house in under 3 wks. She organised viewings and had several offers for me within a matter of days. The property achieved considerably more than the valuation, all thanks to Ashley's efforts. Her communication is excellent, and she went above and beyond in every way for me, making a sad process so much easier.
