As I was working abroad, I had to handle the entire sale remotely, but everything went incredibly smoothly from the very beginning. Communication by email was always easy and efficient. A special thank you to Dawn for being so welcoming and proactive in helping me remotely, Erin for taking such great care of the viewings and welcoming potential buyers, and Ashley for always responding promptly to my questions and requests. I was in the slightly unusual position, due to family circumstances, of having to sell both my Mum’s house and my Aunt’s house in the Dundee area while I live in Edinburgh. I looked at online reviews and thought Harmony Homes would be a good choice to help, and I’m so glad I did. Dawn went above and beyond to help get both houses ready for sale, particularly my Aunt’s, which needed quite a lot of work. Without her experience, local knowledge and help, I don’t think we would have sold the houses in the short time we did, and for such great prices. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The viewing team were so helpful and communication was excellent throughout. I would 100% recommend Harmony Homes, especially if you live further away from the property you are selling. Dawn was polite and courteous from the outset, very professional and clearly highly competent, answering all of our questions. After an hour of introduction and explanation of what to expect, we were ready to go. Dawn's efficiency and speed of getting our house on the market was pleasantly surprising, taking only 3 days.
