GoogleMy partner was going to sell his property with Harmony homes, David the listing agent was lovely and was very attentive. However his boss Dawn I don’t have great things to say about. On the day of photos being taken she showed up over an hour late. Before she got there David was great and was consulting us on everything he was moving and why he was moving it. When Dawn eventually decided to show up, things kept disappearing without asking. She kept whispering to him to move stuff which I think is highly unprofessional and they moved things they were asked not to move because my partner wanted them to stay in the place they were. When telling her we didn’t want it moved she proceeded to make a face as if she was a toddler going in a huff. We later seen that the things we didn’t want them to move had been edited out of photos behind our back. We were not happy with the photos and video and we were told that that is the style they do and they weren’t wanting to change it. They were not motivated to get a higher price than the valuation price . David was lovely and professional but the management in this company is appalling and I would not recommend. The saying “ the client is always right” does not exist in this company it’s “ the client is always wrong” I was not given any apology for any of the wrong doing and told that’s how they do things, which is unacceptable. They also chucked so much of my partners things in cupboards and would not help move it back. Harmony homes have cause anything but harmony .

We're sorry to see that you've chosen to share such a negative review publicly without giving us a chance to discuss your concerns with us directly. We would also like to clarify a few points that have been mentioned, as they contain some inaccuracies.
Dawn was not late,your appointment was with your chosen Estate Agent, David, who arrived 30 minutes early. Dawn was there to support and advise David during the staging process. Additionally, our staging process was clearly explained during the valuation appointment with your boyfriend, where we outlined that we would move items to ensure the property looks its best for the pictures. At no time was Dawn informed that the "items" (Lego models) were specifically requested to remain in the pictures. Furthermore, they were not edited out without your knowledge rather it was done to illustrate the options with and without those items.
Your boyfriend was listened to and we agreed with his wishes for lego to stay in the picture and we also agreed to have another video taken with a different photographer.
Re the valuation, we want to clarify that we don't set the final valuation that's the surveyor's responsibility, as we discussed during the valuation appointment. Your boyfriend wanted to list the property at an inflated price over the valuation, which we were not comfortable with. We also clearly discussed the valuation during the appointment, so it should have been clear where we stood on this.
We always aim to exceed our clients' expectations and secure them the highest price for their property.

What you are saying is all incorrect as you guys didn’t tell us you were going to move all of our items and chuck them behind couches or just chuck them into cupboards and not even help move them back, in fact you guys laughed and said “good luck finding everything” the LEGO was edited out without our knowledge and you guys know fine well that he wanted it to stay in. You guys will just lie to make it seem better which is fine because it’s you guys that have to deal with the lies use are creating. Best estate agency, shocks me you guys won that the fact you guys just lied in that whole comment I think worst estate agency would fit better

Esp Dawn who was so lovely, helpful and understanding throughout the whole process when it came to helping my Grandad sell his home of over 40yrs after an exceptionally difficult year. Dawn made the selling of the property as easy and stress free as possible for my family who have never had to do this before. Any questions we had were always answered straight away and if we were ever unsure was always kind and helpful to explain. Dawn dealt with all viewings and kept in contact throughout. This came about after an offer came through the door to give Harmony homes a chance to deal with our listing and do it their way. Within three weeks of it being on the market it was sold unbelievably! Can’t recommend Dawn (one half of harmony homes) enough. Very easy going and a pleasure to deal with, keeping us in the loop at every single stage and dealing with our questions at any time day or night through our WhatsApp group which was a great solution for communicating.
